HAD GEEK SQUAD COME AND SET UP OUR NEW REMOTE.......SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID JOB IN TIMELY MANNER. HAVE USED GEEK SQUAD BEFORE, ALWAYS HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK.....EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED TO US CLEARLY......WORKS GREAT

Had them set up my Logitech remote to run everything in my home theater. No issues at all. While I could have done the programming myself, they were much faster than I would have been.

Marcos did a great job - was on time, pleasant, understood what we needed, made the changed, and answered all our questions; even helped us install new AppleTV box we had just purchased.

Our technician was wonderful. Very informative and fixed every problem we were having. He explained the controller and made sure I knew how to use each aspect.

One remote replaced four others and made everything so much easier! Should have done this long before now. Great product and technician could not have been better in installing and explaining how to use new remote.

Oscar and Chad were as polite as can be, they definitely knew what they were doing, and their skill showed in the ease that I now have with getting my Harmony remote back working again properly. Oscar was here for another issue a few weeks ago, and I was very happy to see him at the door again because he does everything right. The remote set up was worth every penny. I use it everyday and it controls so many functions and does so exactly how I wanted. The Best Buy crew who did the programming was superb

Harmony remotes are a nice add on to your entertainment system. However, unless you are a computer genius, you have to hire the Geek Squad to reprogram your remotes. The Geek Squad does a great job and on a timely basis.

Matthew Burkett was our Geek Squad Agent. Back in November Agent Burkett delivered and installed our Best Buy television and at that time made recommendations to my wife and I about some accessories that would make our TV viewing with the components better and more convenient. When we scheduled our Geek Squad appointment we requested Agent Burkett if his schedule permitted and the scheduler was able to accommodate our request. Agent Burkett installed and connected all the accessories he recommended and our system has performed great ever since.

The GEEK Squad did a great job programming my Harmony control. It is very easy to use and so nice to have all my electronic controls in one remote. I like that it is connected to my cell phone.

Harmony and Corine (our Geek Squad Tech Staff) are just the best. Efficient and professional. They did the work on our new soundbar and the installation of the new universal remote quickly. The BEST part is they took the time to explain to both of us how to work the remote in language we could understand and didn't talk so fast we had a difficult time understanding them. We are older, hearing not too good and thank heavens these gals were as patient as they could be. A big shout out to them and to Best Buy!

The controller works great to the point that we got one for upstairs and downstairs. If you mess something up you hit HELP and it corrects itself for you.

The Geed squad agents were very professional and knowledgeable about the product and installation service. Definitely know what he was doing!

The Geek Squad guys came out and did a great job programing my new Logitech remote. I can now control TV, CD, blue ray, radio all from one remote.

The 3rd time was the charm. C. Jonesey was abosultly the best. After 2 visits from your techs that could not program the remote, C. Jonesey knew exacly what to do. He programed the remote and it works excellent.

Geek Squad Brian was great and had no problem programming my Harmony One Remote after first Geek Squad representative Leon said he could not program it and told me to just buy another remote, thus necessitating a second opinion and home visit by Brian to do Leon's work. Brian also corraled and organized cables which Leon left a mess despite my request he gather them and hide better. Brian was great, Leon was awful and in a hurry to leave instead of taking care of things.

The remote is great, programming was something else. The tech had issues. First thing was the programming cord had gotten misplaced, and that was the end of the world & programming could not be done. We found a cord that worked (our’s). He had no cord with him when that’s what he was here for. When he programmed the remote it didn’t have everything we wanted on it, so he had to start over. Basically I feel he had a bad attitude & made me feel like I didn’t know anything.

There were a couple squad members at the house for several hours. The home theater system is complex in that it includes both a television and a projector. It also includes the need to generate a trigger for raising and lowering the projector screen and another for powering on and off external speaker amplifiers. They were able to get the remote working exceptionally well and had no problem teaching me how to do the programming since equipment changes are inevitable. As a matter of fact, they recommended a couple configuration and equipment changes which I ended up implementing a week or so later. This resulted in a system with less complexity and greater performance.

JEREMY IS GREAT. HE IS SUPER INTELLIGENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, BUT HUMBLE, SUPER PATIENCE AND KIND. THANK YOU BEST BUY FOR HAVING SMART WITH GOOD HEART, BUT NOT ARROGANT EMPLOYEE LIKE JEREMY TO HELP US OUT.

Easy to use and great specifications. Old stereo receiver died and new one just plugged in with no problems. Entire system controlled by old harmony remote.
