I had the Geek Squad program my Logitech remote so I would be able to control all my video.and audio equipment.

The techs from Geek Squad recommended and set up the remote. They made it easy to operate all my equipment conveniently.

The nice man from the Geek Squad came to my house and programmed my remote controller. He did it very quickly and it works nicely.

A problem occurred from the installation of a new TV. The new sound bar was placed so that the signal from the remote to the TV was blocked. After the installation we asked for another Geek person to resolve why our TV remote commands were not working. The second geek person figured it out in a short period of time. I give the Geek Squad five stars because they work on the problem until it's resolved. The Geek Squad at the Ahwatukee , A Z Best Buy store is outstanding.

Needed two trips by Geek Squad Technicians to complete the programming of the Logitech Harmony One Remote.Both technicians were very polite and tried their best to integrate all of the functions of my Home Entertainment system with my new LG OLED televisoin. The second technician was most knowledgeable and provided the exact set-up needed.

Universal remote works great. Had a little trouble programing it but after it was programed love it.

Easy to use, multi purpose, holds a good charge. Pricey, but only need one remote.

this is a good remote but is antiquated as I bought it about 5 years ago. I may buy a new one so I can control the smart TV with it
