the GS staff were on time and preformed requested service with friendly and professionalism.

The two tech's seemed very knowledgeable, pleasant personalities, and went out of their way to confirm we were satisfied with the service call.

A problem occurred from the installation of a new TV. The new sound bar was placed so that the signal from the remote to the TV was blocked. After the installation we asked for another Geek person to resolve why our TV remote commands were not working. The second geek person figured it out in a short period of time. I give the Geek Squad five stars because they work on the problem until it's resolved. The Geek Squad at the Ahwatukee , A Z Best Buy store is outstanding.

this is a good remote but is antiquated as I bought it about 5 years ago. I may buy a new one so I can control the smart TV with it

I like the way Geek Squad program my remote control it’s much easy for me with just one device to control everything

The Geek Squad set up my T.V. sound system,V.C.R. cable and remote control programming and it is great.

After Harmony was programed properly the remote works great, turns all the components on and off the way they should. This is worth the price
