I have had two other visits by Geeks on my entertainment system. Daniel was , by far the most knowlegeable, polite, professional geek my wife and I have seen. He listened to our situation and problem solved it with great skill!

I can now use 1 remote to control all my components and haven’t had to call them back with any problems

This is our 2nd programmable remote. The !st one lastest about 4 years through 2 kids and 2 dogs. It makes it so easy to enjoy TV!!

Agent set up in easily and I didn't have to think about it, but now that I saw what he did with Harmony app I think I could have done easily enough. He saved me plenty of time as he knew all the right choices to make so certainly was convenient. The Geek Squad projector and components install was priceless as they brought four guys out and had everything installed in like an hour. That would have taken me forever.

It;s nice to see there are still good people TO BE HELPFUL TO those who are not comfortable with tech stuff!!!!!!!

This is my second universal remote and I love it. Or better said, my wife loves it. One does the job of four. How cool is that?!

James and Gerry (set up Harmony Elite) are gentlemen and represent Best Buy well. We have been struggling to get Harmony Elite figured out, but we're catching on. The unit still does not shut Denon receiver off, would like this corrected. Would like James to trouble shoot/correct, he is knowledgeable, since previous service rep Leon (contracred by Best Buy) was a complete disaster.

Our remote control was connected quickly. unfortunately we are having the same kinds of problem with the new one that we had with the old one. That is the buttons just don't work sometimes. Sometimes I have to turn it off by the button on the actual TV set. Often it will not change channels nor mute the sound for several minutes. Sometimes we turn it off and turn it back on and then it works.

The Geek Squad Agents set up our new Apple TV and Universal Remote. They got it all the devices connected and remote programmed quickly and efficiently! I’m so glad we paid for their service. It is definitely worth it! They even helped trouble-shoot a problem with a second TV in another room. The Agents were professional and friendly and considerate. I highly recommend the Geek Squad service!

It took more than one agent to program our remote, but in the end everything works great!
