The Geek Squad techs are the best and can fix any mishaps,but i should not have to keep paying for service calls when if it came with clear instructions about what to do if:i.e.,occurs,if the the techs are aware of FAQ's,why isn't the consumer told? Thank you for your interest.

HARMONY REMOTE PROGRAMMING

If they don't get it right, you go to the bottom of the list and have to wait another 2 weeks or so before they come back out.
