Didn’t have to leave my house!

He recommended components that I needed, placed the order from my home, set up delivery and the Geek Squad installation. Except for a small glitch in the installation schedule, I am very pleased with my Best Buy experience. Best Buy went out of their way to solve my install issue in a timely fashion.

Home theater

A couple of issues have developed since the programming: TV doesn’t turn off completely with the harmony remote. It turns to a light blue glow. I have to turn it off with the TV remote. Also, after watching a movie, it won’t change from HDMI 2 back to HDMI 1 to watch TV . Seems to reset itself overnight.
