Excellent product and services from geek squad!!!!

The Harmony remote can be set up with easy to follow steps.

Geek squad programmed my harmony remote to include my new cassette tape player. They were able to get the sound from the player to come through my surround sound speakers. They were awesome at helping me to understand how to work the harmony remote!

The remote does ALMOST everything you need it to do

Tony from the Geek Squad is the BEST! We recently purchased this new remote and also changed from Directv to Dish Network, and Tony and his partner came out and in a matter of minutes had our remote re-programmed and setup. Fantastic! We would never call anybody but Tony at the Geek Squad here in the Carson Valley, NV.

In this day and age of poor customer service from just about all vendors, it's nice to deal with the folks from the Geek Squad. They know their stuff and their products.

So far since our recent purchase of the Snart Sony & Logic Universal remote, the Geek Squad’s support has been excellent. Always personable, positive and respectful we value their customer service expertise. Keep up the great work.

The Geek Squad took care of programming my universal remote. They took the time to make sure that I was able to operate the remote and answered all of my questions.

Geek squad installers exceeded our expectations. They were professional, knowing exactly what to do and willingly answering all our questions. They were respectful of our home and followed all Covid guidelines.

James was the lead tech. He and two others delivered and set up the new tv with the existing sound system and univ. remote. They were knowledgeable and thorough with the setup.

Geek Squad came out to reprogram my harmony remote as my first one stopped working but even better they showed me how to download the harmony app on my home computer so if I want to add another harmony remote or if I need to reprogram my remote I can do it myself and save me money.

The agent set up my universal remote. Patient with explaining use. Definitely worth the $50 cost with the Geek Squad Protection Plan, as it takes about 1/2 hour to get it set up for TV, DVD , sound bar, and laptop. That means I never would have been able to do it!

We had to learn to use this control and still have some issues where we have to turn off the TV and turn it back on to get to the Apple TV venue. It is very sensitive but ok and we press buttons.There should be a user manual with a quick start for this.

Had the Geek Squad set up my new tv with cable box/dvr and dvd/vcr player and had him program my new universal remote for the whole shebang. I am SO GLAD I did! In about an hour, it was all done, done correctly, and have had no problems with any of the components. I am technically adept to a point, but know my limitations.

The Squad was prompt friendly and polite. They installed a Harmony Universal Remote. They were very knowledgeable and took extra steps to make sure it was working properly. I am not sure I could have completed the install on my own.

I would recommend you to let best buy program the remote for you.
