Agent arrived at appointed time. Was very nice and stayed several hours getting all the parts working together. Have Universal Remote to control all parts. It is not quite as easy to operate as it had sounded. Wish there could be a simple instructions for operation.

the sound bar set up is far to complicated for someone who isn't computer savey...my husband had no idea and still doesen't like the one thing he wanted was the universal remote, I on the other hand love it and wouldn't change it for anything.

The tech was really a great guy. But he had to come out twice - not his fault though. Best Buy and Logitech Harmony never informed him the remotes didn’t work with Visio tv.

I had to have my Logitech Harmony remote reprogrammed when I switched from cable to DirecTV. I am not much of a techie at all, so I rely on the experts to set things up right. These guys (and girls) definitely know what they're doing and I trust them completely.

The Geek Squad did a great job showing us how to work the new controller - we are so happy we had them install the remote! They were on time and super helpful!

The first folks who came out were 3rd party contractors. They figured out after 1.5 hours that Best Buy had sold me the wrong remote. So I went and bought the right remote. Geek squad came out and after an hour were able to program the remote. Immediately after they left the remote did not work. It required a 3rd trip to sort it out. The entire process was very frustrating because it fell on me to call and call and call Geek Squad to sort this out. They wanted to charge me $100 per trip but I was not having any part of that and fought to make this right.

Matt Salem is the very best. What an asset to your Company. Thorough, so smart about everything he does. We have been fortunate to have his help since the mid 2000's.

The good service that you provided in the past was pretty good, now my whole experience is different. You need to take a good note from other customers as myself, Geek Squad is not good as it was. The first tech guy was good, although he could not do anything because the harmony remote control is not longer supported by Logitech, I do understand that, the other services were poor. So disappointed that Geek Squad/ Best buy, is not providing the great service in the past. I was a big fan of Best buy for 25 years.

The 2 man crew that set up our TV and programmed our Logitech 900 did a good job. I was able to troubleshoot an issue that came up the next day, but I was not sure how to reach 'my geeks' to see if they could talk me through it.

The two guys that came out were professional yet, friendly and did their job. Very pleased with the service.

Jason brought my TV and provided excellent installation and setup. Programmed my Logitech elite remote associated with my home theatre system. So happy with the services provided.

Adam installed and instructed us in the use of a universal remote. It has changed our lives in regards to going from 5 remotes to 1. Wonderful!!!!!!!!

Geek Squad went above and beyond to install my Samsung TV and xbox 1 bundle. They were the same crew that recently installed appliances in my kitchen and now they are like family:) Very courteous, thorough and knowledgable fellows.

I purchased the Logitech remote control that can communicate with my AV equipment through wood cabinet doors. Once again the Geek Squad did a phenomenal job of getting everything hooked up and thoroughly trained me before they left.

The gentleman who set this up did a great job and took the time to explain its use. He was very professional and because of his wonderful customer service I would not hesitate to buy items again.

Service was very good, the only negative is the cost. I don't think we required the level of set up we paid for. There should be levels of service depending on what is required. We already had the set up, but our vicar was not hooked up correctly.

The technician was very professional. He came in, knew exactly what to do, and fixed the issues in a very short time. Definitely worth the few dollars to get it working properly.
