The Geek Squad representatives locally all seem to really know what they are doing. That included guiding us with the added need for bandwidth provided by CenturyLink. They are prompt with call-back at the local level.

I had an old Harmony one remote control and it couldn't be paired with my new Firestick. But the service guys were fantastic. They got my cord cutting system up and running.

I purchased a new TV, Apple TV, and a new receiver and needed a new universal remote. The guys did a great job programming the remote and explaining how it works.

Our Geek squad was wonderful. Great job. Very patient with us oldies. We don't always get the new tech stuff. Explained everything and we even took notes. :)

Great job by Geek Squad in setting up my new remote control on my TV, Apple TV, BR DVD player and Receiver. Life is good! Make sure the associate knows exactly what you want to happen when purchasing the programming.

I was slow to get this program and didn't understand why the repeaters were not capturing. The $49 was well worth the setup and adjustments on my system!

Geek squad is the way to go for anything!!!!! They're right there when u need them and can always answer anything u might need to know about any system in your home!!! I highly recommend them!!!

We love the "Geek Squad" Both my wife and I are technologically deficient and when we get in a "bind" a phone call usually is all that is necessary but occasionally a visit is needed. They always come through.

They came out and set up my remote control and did a very good job. I'm an old guy and I don't understand these new gadgets, lucky they do.

The Geek Squad agent did a nice job. He was somewhat experienced with our Harmony theater system and ours is extremely complex.

This was by far the best customer service I've ever had in my home. I'm not very tech savvy, and our installation reps made sure I understood everything clearly. On top of that, they were respectful and friendly.
