Tuned and reprogram remote. Checked all connections between TV and TV receiver.

The two gents who came out were on time, communicated the arrival, kept me updated and were very helpful explaining how the system was linked.

Logitech Harmony remote programmed to eliminate all other remotes. Geek Squad agent took time to answer all questions and was very patient in showing me how to use the remote!!

The Geeks came out to reprogram my remote cable part. I moved from a COX area to a Comcast area. They were quick, professional, and got the job done.

I could not access my DVD and had to pay $99.99 for Geek Squad to come out to my home. The censor just had to be placed on the DVD box. Why couldn't customer service just tell me that. Was not happy.

She reprogrammed the remote, which was on hdmi 3 and then told me that the hdmi 1 cable was broken.Said I needed an electrician to replace it ???
