The remote that came with it could not control the the stations that we receive from Comcast. I explained this to several Best Buy team members and finally found one who assured me that this remote could replace my Roku and Comcast remote and give me one remote to control all functions. We tried programming the remote ourselves, then calling Comcast and finally had to call a Comcast tech to come to the house to tell us that despite what we had been told by Best Buy, this remote can not operate the tv functions and Comcast functions on this tv. Thank You BB for easy returns!

Good Remote

I just didn't need it once I received it in the mail so I returned it and never got the charge credited back to my card. Best Buy got a never used item back and kept the payment. Thanks for the good customer service.

My wife muted the TCL using the Insignia remote! It is the same remote as this one on this page. Every button works except the numbers.

BEST BUY indicated that since I had purchased the remote with an Insignia TV, the remote was not covered by warranty, even though a warranty is available for the remote control if purchased separately. (Dubious response from Best Buy customer service.)
