The game feel so original but yet new twist any person that played the 90’s one definitely need to try this out

I bought this game for my teenage son and he’s played it few times, although I wouldn’t say that its one of his favorite games.

You have no sense of direction seem like run in circle most of the time. Nothing like days gone. Had for 4 days now.

Good for nostalgia, fun for s day or two... not worth purchasing, I’d say wait till it’s cheaper or rent it some how

Mr x Chase's u thru whole campaign literally non-stop and if u take him down he's only down for 30 seconds

I have played and loved many resident evil games, but this one annoyed me to no end. It's absurd that your basic zombie requires about 7-8 shots to the head to actually die. It's a resource / survival game, it's not about killing everything, I know this, but plenty of other resident evil games found the right balance without making it totally ridiculous.

I rather play the original one on PS2. Had to get use to the new way its played.

Still the best Resident Evil remake, easily. Whenever I want to experience RE 2, I play this now.

I played through this FOUR times upon release. It's just so good! It's been modernized but somehow still feels like classic Resident Evil. The graphics are excellent (especially the characters and enemies). The music is haunting and chilling. You can even download and play using the original soundtrack! Tyrant is as terrifying as ever and his AI is now similar to Nemesis (from RE3). As for the FREE DLC, it's definitely a great addition to the game. Survivors mode is fun and challenging. You get to play as some of the characters you come across in the main game and are able to see things from their point of view. I'm glad Capcom is going back to Resident Evil's survival horror roots instead of over the top action like some of the later games. If you love the classic Resident Evil's, you will most likely love this game too. Now, let's hope Capcom gives Resident Evil 3 the same treatment.

People have dreamt of a Resident Evil 2 remake for a long time. And Capcom delivered. It has a great atmosphere. It is very scary as you would expect. I would recommend this even if you never played the original. Capcom has done a great job for the loyal fans of the original and for new fans alike.

This is the game that got me hooked on the Resident Evil lineage. I played it originally on Nintendo 64 and loved it from the beginning that I made the switch from N64 to Playstation 1. So that I could play the original Resident Evil game. This game looks AMAZING in full HD on the PS4 Pro. It still has it moments where you can't help but jump out or your seat and still keeps my heart rate up to this date even though I know this game already. This game needs to be in every gamers library and I'm sure you will play it over and over again throughout the years. This is still my #1 RE game of all time! Go out and get it NOW!!! and enjoy.
