This is an amazing game! I never played the original RE2 (my first Resident Evil was the fourth one) but this is, hands down, an amazing horror/survival game. It's scary, full of puzzles, and presents some unexpected challenges, making me go back and play it for a second time. Don't doubt - this is great!

I remember playing the original.A classic great game.Just as scary so many years later. My son loves playing video games but this jump scares him so much he won’t play it alone.lol.just as good as the original so if you young bloods what to experience a classic game updated for today you won’t be disappointed.

I was nervous that RE2 was going to be a cash in remake. Boy was I wrong. The graphics are great, the storyline is good and the scares are solid. This is a great example of a remake done right. If you don't like zombie games or movies like I do, don't worry, RE2 caters to all the different types of horror fans. Pick this up if you haven't done so already!

Great story and lots a replay value. Has that 90s charm.

I've never played the original, but this game is great. First time playing a Resident Evil game since 4 on the PS2. RE2 has great graphics and gameplay. Good scares and scary ambiance. Tricky puzzles. Best played with headphones! Turn out the lights and it's pretty immersive. I'm not really a horror game fan, but I liked this one.

The team at Capcom has done a wonderful job bringing Raccoon City to life again, with updated graphics and a re-designed scenario. Advances from the past 20 years of gameplay design have resulted in a thrilling, tense experience that encourages multiple playthroughs. A must-play game for not just survival horror fans, but all fans of action games.

It brings back my memories of Leon and Clair. Same story lines with same main tasks but different details. Before I purchase it, I was afraid that it would be very scary. But when I played it, it has just right amount of horror to keep my on edge of my chair without freaking out.

Honestly I always wait for price drops on remakes/remasters so I can't complain about the value I got from this game. This game is actually great, better than I expected as I thought it would only be a visual upgrade.

I actually was going to look for this game for the original PlayStation one to play on my PlayStation three. This game was my favorite of all the resident evils. Definitely a classic which was made back when video games had storylines that were better than movies. The graphics are superb. I definitely recommend buying this game if you like zombies.

I was worried about how this remake would turn out as RE2 is my favorite game in the series, but Capcom knocked it out of the park with this entry. Absolutely fantastic in every way, sticking very closely to the original story with better game play, graphics, and voice acting. I highly recommend it to anybody, new and old fans of the series alike.

Great revision/remake of the PS1 classic... essentially re-built from the ground up! Beautiful graphics, great music and atmosphere, and well worth the lower purchase price.

This isn't your typical remaster. Capcom basically built this from the ground-up, making it more of a remake than a remaster. It takes a good formula and turns RE2 into a potential game of the year. I won't be surprised if it wins at The Game Awards this week. If you like horror games at all, this is one you have to play.

While I really enjoyed Resident Evil VII, it's wonderful to return to Raccoon City and the true roots of the series. The original RE:2 is one of my favorite games of all time and this remake elevates the title in almost every way. Easily one of the best in the series. Definitely worth the price of admission and warrants multiple play-throughs.

This iteration of resident evil is a remake from a pass version from the original PS one. When comparing it to the old version it’s obviously amazing graphically and definitely one of my favorite games for the console.If you’re an older school game school gamer You were definitely appreciate this.

Much needed remake of an old game. The original RE2 doesn't hold up super well even besides the tank controls a lot of its cheesiness doesn't land. It didn't have a proper remake like how the first game did until now many, many years later and now we have one of the best games of modern times.

Doesn't disappoint. The game as always is just too much fun.

wow, if you like survival horror or action games in general youre in for quite a treat. absolutely loved this game from start to finish on both character runs. first play thru took about 15 hours including both characters and made me itch to play through again as soon as i was done. two thumbs way up for this little gem!

I was worried that they would only remake a portion of this game for retail and the rest (Claire, Hunks Tofu) would be DLC. NOPE! It's all included and they even added modes! Besides that, its an amazing experience that's more horror than action, just like the original Resident Evil games...well, the first two.
