I love the Resident Evil franchise...games...games only. I loved playing them when I was younger and love how they remade this one. Some of the puzzles I recall when I come up on them which isn't a bad thing. I say this is a must pickup if you are a vet of the original and even better a pickup if you are new to this.

I’ve played the original Resident Evil 2 and enjoyed it so I had to get Resident Evil 2 Remake. ;P The behind the back perspective is a great welcome in this game (the fixed camera angles would have been a huge annoyance). I like the character models and Mr. X encounter does excite you. The extra game modes is nice, especially the last unlockable one. What I didn’t like so much was the very strict requirements for obtaining infinite ammo. The alligator/crocodile quick time event should have been an actual boss fight. Other than that, its a great game.

All the key elements of the original in a remastered version. Leon and Claire are hot, the graphics are unreal.. The zombies move in a more realistic way, and their necks roll when they’re head’s are shot.. it’s freaky. I can’t wait for the next remakes!

This game has so much tension, it looks fantastic, I've only played really played RE5 and RE7 with someone and watched LPs of other RE games before deciding that this game was worth the money, and boy of boy is it! I already completed a run, and I honestly don't see myself stopping for a while. Need a better rank!

So just right away, this is a remake. That being said, I’m a huge fan of the Resident Evil series, and 2 was always my favorite entry. This remake captures plenty of nostalgic moments (no spoilers), but it also shakes it up enough to keep things fresh for veterans and newcomers alike. Definitely a good purchase.

Over twenty years later Resident Evil 2 returns better than ever. This remake takes what was great about the original and takes it to the next level. Outstanding. One of the best games ever in gaming history now improved for ps4 and xbox one. Fans of the series or new players.. buy it.. it’s worth every penny!

I didn’t want to get this because I was always worried about freaking myself out, but I’m glad I did. I haven’t beaten it yet, but I really enjoy searching areas and completing everything in a game. I played the original and the graphics are definitely a good update. Give the demo a chance.

The classic Resident Evil games have always been all time great to have. If you grew up playing with the old classic resident Evil games. This a must have game to have. Even if you are new to the resident Evil games on this Remaster I would strongly recommend to buy it! Lots of fun on this Remaster game!

Excellent graphics. Excellent gameplay. The survival aspects are really good and make you think critically about how you will deal with every enemy. It also adds to the scare factor when a licker jumps out at you when you have 3 bullets. As good as the original PS1 game.

Been waiting for years for this release. I own the original on GameCube and I still play that from time to time. I used to be scared of playing back in the ps days,had to watch my older bother play I was so fascinated with this game and til this day still. Cant wait for res 3 in April!

With better graphics and better controls, this game is a lot of fun. Whether you played the original version or are new to this, there is something for everyone here.

I picked this game up finally and have no regretted it. It's a faithful (in the right spots) remake of Resident Evil 2. Made me jump a couple of times because of how good it is (with the scare factor just right). Thoroughly enjoying playing it. If you're a fan of Resident Evil, this is a must pick-up!

I haven't played resident evil in years until recently with biohazard but this game is completely different. It was pretty cool to play two different characters with their own stories/ encounters and at the end collide together! always been a fan of resident evil, looking forward to more games.

The best game of 2019 hands down, for the price it goes for on sale now is a total steal this game comes packed with content from the get go 4 playable routes two endings, it also has some unlockable missions for beating the game, Great price, Full of content, Good gameplay

If you're a fan of Horror-Survivor games you'll love this remake! In my opinion entirely way too short but as good as the original was, this remake does it Justice. The add-on content is also a very good deal if you can get this game on sale or even a used copy.

Best resident evil game and best horror game ever!!. It gave me about same excitement when I first played original resident evil 2 and resident evil 4. Little short but that's because I played original re2 and I have higher expectation when it comes to video game now in 2019. 9.5 out of 10 for me .

If you love the original Resident Evil 2, you have to play this game. This game makes some changes to throw off your expectations if you were a fan of the original, but it does this in a fun an interesting way. This is an amazing game overall.

I’m going to save you some time and tell you that if you played and enjoyed RE2 on the original PlayStation, this game will be a trip down memory lane in the most wonderful way. By itself, this game is amazing and deserves a 10/10 rating. Combined with the nostalgia factor, it deserves an 11/10.

That game is fantastic. That is the real horror survival game!! If you played the resident evil for ps1, you must play this remake, everything is new but the same time you will feel the same atmosphere from years ago. Amazing game. I can't wait for the resident evil 3 remake.
