He just finished the first game and immediately started this one. The gameplay, graphics and immersion are so much better in this one. Unbelievable graphics. Only bad part is that it's much shorter than the first one.

Whether you're a long time fan or this is your first for the series, Resident Evil 2 is simply a great game. Rebuilt from the ground up, this game adds and alters so many things, vastly improving it from the original in just about every aspect.

As a long playing gamer of this particular franchise I found this to be a faithful remake of the classic PS1 game with added flair of modern graphics. It reminded me of the horror when I was a child playing the nostalgia was intoxicating.

capcom outdid themselves with this remake. graphics are amazing. i wish they kept closer to the original, particular the 2nd scenario, but i understand the direction they wanted to take. still an awesome title, and i hope re3 nemesis is next!

I love how the creators of this game kept the soul of resident evil 2 intact but changed enough to make it a new game. It really draws your interest quickly and allows nostalgia and wonder to coincide. Well worth the purchase!

This game was remastered beautifully. I love the rebirth of the dramatic and suspense this game contains. Any fan of the Resident Evil series must buy to experience this title with and updated and modern look and feel.

Stays true to the original game’s story with updated graphics and mechanics. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Must have for anyone a fan of the RE series, ESPECIALLY if you played the original RE2.

This is a good horror game with interesting stories. Many new touches on a decade old game. But, still very good.

Good gameplay with nice layout. I enjoyed the graphics for this game. Multiple campaigns, but a play through is only 8 to 10 hours.

I didn’t get to complete the original version. So I bought the remake and man it’s scary. I love every moment of it. I am currently on my second run with Leon. This is a must have if your a resident Evil fan or not. Five 5 stars all day!!

I got this game on black Friday. It was only for $15! This deal was too good to pass by. The game look awesome. I never played the original playstation version, but this game still looks scary, and fun to play.

Played the original game on ps. This remake is just amazing!! Its the same game bit at the same time its a totally new one!! Recommend playing it with the original soundtrack!! This game is Resident Evil 2 with Resident Evil 4 controls.

I never played Resident Evil 2 on the PlayStation, so I have no nostalgia for the game, but this game is excellent. It is short but highly replayable and offers plenty of challenge. Both newcomers and veterans are likely to enjoy it.

I havent finished the game yet, but so far its an excellent game, very scary! I havent played the original, but for this being a remake, it feels like it was made for the ps4! I would give this more than 5 stars out of 5 if i could!

Even though a remake of a ps1 game, this game is brought a fresh paint with the amazing new RE engine. There is enough from the original to surprise even veterans. One of the best games in 2019 and ps4 library for sure.

Great game! I was a fan of the original Resident Evil games. Bad part which isn’t the game’s fault. I can’t play it. I am not able to do the new camera controls. So bummer there. Great game and graphics though.

this remake for re2 is so gorgeous. it was scary when it was on the ps1 but with its remake graphics, it looks even better. the pop scares are still intense as before if you ever played the ps1 version. a game that u can't pass.

What can i say other then it was an awesome remake. This game felt like an entirely brand new game compared to the original. This is a must get game.

I'm a die hard resident evil fan so this remake was awesome. The graphics were sweet and I like the fact that it has a lot of bonus games. I bought this game on sale so it was worth every buck
