This game is a must if you played the "original" back in the 90's but the graphics are way better. Also, unlike the one back then, it's an open 3d world where you can move the camera and have more freedom of movement.

Ok maybe they returned when RE7 came out. But this game might just be better than that. Total revamp of the original RE2. Looks freaking amazing and does a wonderful job bringing this classic to the modern age.

Capcom did a pretty decent job remaking a PS1 classic for a modern age while keeping what made this game special and adding numerous content to it that are quite entertaining and full of replay value. Definitely worth the purchase!

I had not plan on purchasing this because I had played the original. After having played the demo, I had so much fun and was so astonished how good it was, I went out and got it first day! Go out and get this...you won't be sorry!

This game is just as amazing as the original with added content that just didn't make it in the original title. Resident Evil 2 remake does this game justice and then some. Definitely worth the purchase for both old fans and new.

Between zombies that don't go down easily and Mr. X's big old stompy boots chasing you around, this is the tensest I've ever felt playing a Resident Evil. Please enjoy it and make sure to board up any windows you can because oh jeez

Never played this game until now and am glad I did. At 1st I thought it was a good game but kind of shot after I beat the 1st story but then I started playing the second story which is similar but yet very different.

Didn’t expect a crazy amount of change to this game but it not only brings back high school days playing the old version but it’s more the edge of your seat kind of game. Love it and I hope they continue remaking all the series

I thought that this game was a little difficult to learn how to play but it is fun.

This title is great for introducing someone into the survival horror franchise of yore. Its short, if you beeline to the end but side objectives can add a lot of play value to it. Great for spooking your dog, as I've discovered.

I played Resident Evil 4 but never played the 2nd one so when I saw this was coming out I picked it up and really enjoyed it. These remakes are extremely good and well done with the new graphics! Definitely recommend!!

A gorgeous ground-up remake of one of the best survival-horror gmves of all time. A few tweaks here and there help the experience while still retaining the terror if the original. This is what teenages should be going forward.

one of my favorite gaming experiences of all time. can feel repetitive doing two similar playthroughs with different characters, but they differentiate themselves enough to make it enjoyable. one of the best remakes ever.

The game is welcoming to both those want to relive the title and those who are new to it. I had a blast playing it and I give kudos to Capcom for meeting the high expectations it had for a classic remake.

This is a gorgeous retake on a game that was already great, to begin with. The graphics are just amazing and it is as scary as it was when it first came out. Definitely a must-have!

I loved the original game and being able to play with updated graphics and a different story was very attractive. Now that I'm enjoying the game, I can tell that is was worth. The game is fun, and it can get you some screams.

I am a big fan of resident evil series which unfortunately shifted it focus towards more action oriented rather survival horror which fans admired the most. After disappointment of Resident evil 6, capcom, finally realized this and is bringing back Resident evil to it's roots. Resident evil 2 remake is a must have title if you are a fan of resident evil series. I hope resident evil 3 remake raises the bar further and exceeds the expectation of the fans.

I loved the original resident evil and the remake is gorgeous and scary and fun and exciting and so many many other good emotions. Thank you capcom for remaking this and please remake resident evil 3 and I’ll buy that too!!!

I LOVED this game when I was growing up and it was such a throwback to play it again on my PS4. The updated version is great, voice acting is really good and just a fun game to play overall.
