Such a great remake of a already great classic. Got this on black Friday so got a super awesome deal on it but the game is still worth the regular price if you don't have this in your collection

This one definitely took me back to the days of playing the original series along with other games like Dino Crisis back in the late 90s. Would highly recommend this one.

Although this game doesn't fully capture everything from the original game on Playstation 1 it does take the theme and story and make a really fun horror game for the newer generation.

I bought this game because I used to play the first one that came out a while back. Reminds me of the good all days when I used to play for hours. Now I only play a few a week but enjoy the whole experience.

This remake makes me nostalgic and at the same time it is so realistically horrific that i have nature calls while playing. I need somebody to accompany. The tyrrant is brutal and doesn't die.

I played the original game of the first PlayStation. I fell in love with resident evil right then and there. This game is the new and improved with better graphics. Definitely recommend.

The first fame I ever played with my new Playstation was Resident Evil 2 so it held a special place in my gaming memories. This revision is perfectly done and jaw dropping in it's eerie beauty

What an amazing remake of an equally amazing game. Next gen graphics and sound make for a frighteningly fun run through Raccoon city. Only game better is Resident Evil 4.

This game is how remakes should be done. I was amazed by how great this game was and brings back memories from the original. Hopefully Capcom will continue to remake other resident evil games in the future.

great remaster of a great game. definitely enjoy the modern controls to it. wish they'd give the original game the same treatment. even playing the remaster of the 1st just feels dated still.

I've never played very much of the Resident Evil series, but I knew the basic premise of the story. This game can be played without having to play any of the others, and the graphics and scares are amazing.

I grew up playing this wonderfully terrifying game. And now, I can relive the madness, all with my young daughter at my side...screaming and demanding I turn it off. Quiet down, honey...I'm making memories.

The remake of this game far surpasses the original from the PS2 version. The gameplay is excellent, and still carries the Resident Evil feel that I've grown to love.

The new over the shoulder POV is great. Visually, the game is amazing. A creepy, fun game with plenty of action and puzzles, with plenty of replay value with different playable characters and endings

This remake does an excellent job of capturing the feel of the original Resident Evil 2 game in 2020's capabilities. I truly hope they have plans for Metal Gear Solid.

This game is fantastic. Been a fan of the Resident Evil franchise back in the 90's and this game captures the same vibe as the original games. Good atmosphere and scares with survival horror gameplay.

One of my favorite games on n64 back when it was released and easily my favorite resident evil. They did a fantastic job of making this game play like a modern game while retaining the magic.

I’m so glad I purchased this game and how well this remake actually plays, always loved the resident evil series and this brings back the nostalgia with some changes to the game but this is truly a 10/10
