This is a major step up from the original, tho the original was great for its time, but this is way beyond this game has made me jump out of my seat multiple times and I still haven't finished the game.

Barely play this anymore. Hey Nintendo, if you're listening, bring this over to the switch. The Xbox version is cool but to have this on the go is a game-changer.

The original Resident Evil 2 was a classic game for many, but this version does an excellent job of capturing the nostalgia of the original while breathing fresh life into the adventure.

This is probably the best remake you will ever play. Developers really made this for the current gen consoles. This isn't just a plain remaster. Complete overhaul of the original. A must buy.

What a great game. I still remember playing the original version on Playstation1, and this is far superior. A must own game for whatever system you currently own.

Nostalgia upgraded to HD. Keep playing it over and over with both stories as you get rewarded every time to do better and win trophies. Awesome survival horror game. Get it.

This game is awesome. The best RE game yet. RE7 was amazing in itself, but this game takes you back to waht made the original games such classics. The future for this franchise is looking bright.

I enjoyed playing Resident Evil 2 years ago, but this re-done version is better in every conceivable way. Graphics and sound design have been overhauled, but the gameplay is much better, too.

If you liked the original Resident Evil 2, or any of the Resident Evil games, there's no reason you won't like this one too. Finally a next-gen 3rd-person Resident Evil game with zombies again.

This is a great example of a remake done right. Gone are the tank controls, which are updated for the modern consoles. If you have played the original, prepare for an all new experience! 5/5

The game is scary and looks beauitiful. The replay value is good in this game because of the 2 connecting stories and play throughs. Play it at night with headphones and the lights on.

Right from the get go you are brought back to a day when typewriters and green roots matter! Turn the lights off and crank the volume up.....get some!!!!! And don't forget the ribbon!!!!

This is a fantastic remake of a venerable classic. Based on the RE7 game engine, the visuals and audio are superb. I highly recommend playing with the lights out and the audio turned up!

RE2 holds a special place in my gaming heart. Great story a bunch of similarities to the original. A good amount of extra content. If you are a fan I recommend it!

Do you like spooky games? Then get this game already! On my top games of 2019 list for sure. Play it with friends and have a fun time getting spooked while solving the puzzles!

I can't remember the original PlayStation game, but this is great. If it didn't say remastered and have some old school difficult video game puzzles, I wouldn't guess it was a remake.

This is how all game companies should do a remake. I haven't played Resident Evil since the first release 20 years ago. This one continued to surprise and scare me all the way through.

Once this game was announced I new I had to get it. The game does not disappoint. Graphics are amazing. A must play game for old Resident Evil fans and newcomers.
