Did not get pre order DLC. NO . DLC NOT GOOD PRE ORDER

Solid remake of the original. It was a bit short but overall still enjoyable.

i have a long history with resident evil games. i remember buying the original RE3 back in 1999 while i was still in high school. i remember walking out of toys r us holding a copy of RE3 looking at it as i was walking out. i even remember this guy who walked past me also took a glance at it. i remember it like it was yesterday. the 3 original RE games, RE1, RE2, and RE3 are games i still remember to this day! i was very worried and skeptical when capcom announced that they will be remaking RE2 and RE3. i love the gamecube RE1 remake and RE0 and had high hopes that RE3 remake would be just as good. i played RE3 remake and beat it in just 4 days. it is not a long game. capcom did cut out some things from the original like the branching pathways. in the original RE3, depending on the chioices you make, you can take different paths, but they did away w/this in the remake. which is imo unfortunate b/c i wished capcom would have kept it and expand upon it. they also cut out some boss fights from the original which is also very unfortunate. in the remake the only bosses you'll fight are the various forms of nemesis which you will do battle against more than a few times. the last fight against it was awesome!! speaking of the battle w/nemesis, i find it much more tactical in the remake compared to the original. meaning you have to figure out a way to kill it, you just can't stand there and shoot at it. i won't spoil it but just know that in some of the battles w/nemesis you need to use the environment to defeat it. i also do not find the nemesis as annoying as the tyrant in RE2 remake. it would only show up at certain points in the game and it won't follow you like the tyrant did in RE 2 remake which i hated. so what do i, who played the original, really feel about this remake? i still hold the original very close to my heart and i will never forget it. w/that said, the remake improved upon the original. many purests will not agree w/that to some extent, but i really do believe capcom did RE3 remake right. there are some flaws. like cutting out the branching pathways and cutting out some bosses from the original. that imo is a travesty. i also did not find the sound track as good as the original. i also did not find the ending satisfying compared to the original. i wish capcom could have gone all out on the ending and go out w/a bang instead the remake ended in a whisper. very unfortunate imo. also the price. imo this remake should be $50 b/c it is not a long game. i beat this game in 4 days and that is b/c i don't have much time to play. if i had more time like not having to go to work i can probably best this game is just 2 days. besides my complaints i still believe this remake is good. i hope capcom can make more Resident Evil games about Raccoon City. like what happened to Barry? what happened to Rebecca? where is Chris?! why did he leave his girl Jill all alone in Raccoon City? or what ever happened to Billy? or what was the story w/Carlos? maybe make a prequel about Carlos and his platoon before he met Jill. these are the things i want to know! c'mon capcom, there are still more stories to be told!!!

Excellent! Game couldve been longer though. Loved the nostalgia of playing this and the original.

This Game get alot of hate because it’s not a complete “Remake” of the original RE3 but enjoy it for what it is! Shoutout to the producers of this game that didn’t get scared to try something different!

3make as I call it was a letdown. Capcom farmed out the production to another company and as a result they cut out so much material as compared to the original game. This could have been downloadable content for the resident evil 2 remake.

This remake could easily been much better. Too much dialogue and nemesis immediately starts chasing you at the beginning.

This game is not worth $60 more like $10. The original resident evil 3 nemsis was so scary and fun. Had mutiple choices to make and nemiss stalked you through the whole game. Not this game! It felt rushed, and like cheap DLC for RE2 remake. You can definitely tell a different team worked on this game. Very disappointing

While I don't think the game is worth $60, neither was RE2. The multiplayer mode is a greater value than RE2's DLC, but there isn't a "B" scenario with Carlos the way RE2 had for Leon and Claire's campaign. Overall, I'd say it comes out to the same value as RE2, but I waited until it was on sale for $40. Resident Evil games always release early in the year and go on sale by the time Black Friday rolls around, so if you're patient you can probably find it for $30 in 6 months.

Im a huge RE fan and have/have played every one. The game play of RE3 was disappointing and was more of an action game than a horror game. Kind of like RE5. Please bring back the Horror type and take the time again to let us see items on the walls and explain what they are. This game took me 6hrs to beat and was disappointing.

This was an excellent game very fun to play. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves the Resident Evil franchise. They done this game justice just an awesome experience.
