The game is beautiful and plays like a dream and the new nemesis design is awesome. The main campaign is too short though but the bonus modes are fun.

I've been waiting for this remake for awhile now and I am real happy with the turnout. This game is a must have for RE fans and anyone looking to get into the series. You dont need to know about the other RE games to play this one, and it also comes with a multiplayer game called Resistance. The graphics are amazingly done, and I think it one-ups RE2 remake in that department. You definitely will enjoy it.

Really great remake with updated visual and feel. The biggest caveat is the length which I by no means rushed but still finished in about 6ish hours.

I loved the original RE3 so this was a walk down memory lane, with a few small changes here and there. They kept the core of the story but added some new stuff to keep it fresh and make it feel like a new experience and flesh out a few things. The controls are definitely better than the old tank controls, the pace is better, but they still keep the good ol low ammo core of the survival horror genre. It's not until RE4 that you could run and gun everything. Great remake.

It's never been my favorite, but I was interested to see how they'd handle the follow up to the magnificent Resident Evil 3. Its not a disappointment in visual appeal and action, however it is flawed in its lack of puzzles and all the areas removed. Nemesis is about as intimidating as a newborn after you figure the mechanics of his scripted appearances, much less menacing than Mr.X which is pathetic. The game is much easier to manipulate, the harder modes help make up for it some, but overall its still a fundamental cash in from CAPCOM this time around.

Overall it’s ok. The graphics and the gameplay are just like the RE2 remake. The story is roughly the same as the original but they cut out a lot of the locations and boss fights. Nemesis is really the only boss you fight, and his scenes are scripted, he doesn’t stalk you the whole game like they made it out to be. It’s also pretty short. I don’t see myself replaying it as much as I did with RE2. Honestly I’d wait for it to go on sale, it’s not worth $60

I loved every bit of the game but only thing came short was that length of the game could've been longer otherwise great game.

This was a great complement to RE2 Remake. It plays and feels better than RE2 but I would say RE2 as a whole is a better game/product. The campaign can be short for some people but I didn't mind, it took me about 7 hours to finish. It's much more of a reimagining than RE2 was and that could be good or bad depending on who you are. I haven't and honestly don't plan on touching the Resistance game, I didn't buy this for that and this review is about the RE3 proper but it's there for those who want it

Really enjoyed RE2 and decided to play this one next. It is a short game but also very fun to play. Must buy for any RE fan

Perfect action game. Amazing story and graphic for this game

Game is a fairly solid remake of the 1999 classic. Game has changed quite a bit and that may be off putting to some veterans, but definitely worth a look if you're a fan of the series. The single player game is fairly short (as was the original)and shouldn't take more 6-8 hours on your first play through, but has good unlockables and replay ability. Game also includes a separate online multiplayer game called Resident Evil Resistance. It's a 4v1 survival game where players must fight to survive against another player who is trying to kill them.

This game is a respectable follow up effort by capcom. The game may be short but it still maintains the critical survival horror atmosphere aspect with the over the top Action of the original. The multiplayer game that is included in the package has some good and new ideas that could be added on in the future to further expand the franchise in the multiplayer community. I think reviews that have anything below a 6 are shameful and I would give it a 9

I loved this remake, it did seem to be a little short but overall I enjoyed the game and have replayed it about 5 times now.

Never played the original, but I’ve always had an appreciation for the Resident Evil series. This is a fun, but scary game.

A good follow up to RE2 remake but not as long and not as faithful to the original RE3. Got it threw a BB sale so no complaints on that end. Graphics is good nice update to the original with nemesis as menacing as ever. It’s fast paced with nemesis popping up at inconvenient times. Reason I personally think it’s short is by the time Jill/you realize your potential game is over. No time at all to feel like a one man army. Great game if played before RE2 i would called this game awesome to bad 2 came first

I was really excited for this remake after playing Resident Evil 2 Remake that I pre-ordered this. It arrived on release date and came with free DLC & a nice steelbook; which was great. The gameplay was really fun and the game has great cutscenes and graphics. But I don't think it's worth $60 due to the game being really short and the fact that they reused assets from their previous game. I would suggest waiting for a sale.

RE3: Remake is an amazing game just like it's predecessor, RE2: Remake. The team did a great job making this game enjoyable while exploring a different part of Racoon City. It seems at first to be a tough game, but really you aren't supposed to fight every zombie. You must learn dodge moves and escape areas when fighting the Nemesis. The campaign isn't that long, but it has a lot of replay ability to achieve all the hidden secrets and trophies in the game.

Game was short but you’re suppose to try to beat your score. This is the second Resident Evil game I played and I LOVE it
