I didn’t play the original, that I know alot of people love and dislike some of the changes made in this remake, But as my first experience I really enjoyed it. Its pretty short but its meant for multiple playthroughs with different weapons and harder difficulty.

Beautiful HDR CBR 4K graphics @60fps on the PS4 Pro. Great sound design. Interesting new take on the original story. One big let down is the game’s length. Way too short. Hopefully that can be remedied with the release of a story DLC. Multiplayer is ok.

Ignore the slight backlash around this game. Yes, the cut the clocktower and other areas from the original that barely added anything. Live selection in the original was a bit pointless along with 13 epilogue endings that had nothing to do with the main campaign. Instead, they improved on various other parts and made them longer especially with Carlos. The main story to this game is about 5-7 hours on your first playthrough. Until you realize you unlock another mode...then another...then another. You get 5 different modes, similar cash shop to the original like in mercenaries to make other playthroughs fun. All in all the main game is quite engaging and creepy. Resistance is also a great new mode to have compared to the 50th rendition of mercenaries. It's for sure worth it. The only disappointment I can honestly say about this is the lack of DLC costumes.

I played the original back in the day and loved it. The remake is really cool. Graphically impressive. Pretty intense. A lot of the modern takes on gameplay are very much appreciated. Worth a look if you're interested in Resident Evil or played the original RE3 and enjoyed it.

Awesome game! After playing RE2. This game is a little different, some maybe be put off by the story elements cut. It’s more action oriented, and it’s kind of short5-6 hours tops. But going back there are quite a bit of unlockables.

This game is criminally short little very little replay value. Areas were cut out from the original to make time and room for a mediocre online mode. Unlike how Mr X was evolved into something great for RE2, Nemesis is delegated to a couple very short chase moments and scripted events. No Mercenaries/Survivors mode. Lackluster replay shop items that only boost how easily you kill things for multiple playthroughs. Would definitely wait for a price drop before recommending this to any Resident Evil fan.

It's more RE2 remake which is great, it's a beautiful game and should absolutely be played... just not with the $60 price tag. If your thinking about buying the game wait until it goes on sale, exploring every nook and cranny on standard mode seen a finish time of 4 1/2 hours. With following play through a on Hardcore, Nightmare and Inferno it will add some challenge but still be about 1 hour and 10 minutes per run, from start to seeing the platinum pop less than 15 hours. It's another great remake from Capcom and is totally worth a play buy like I said just not at full price, wait until it's at $29 or $39 at the most. The online Resistance isn't anything that interests me so I have no opinion about it, maybe watch Jim Sterlings vid about it... thank god for him.

This game is better then before with it being remastered and the bonus game thats included. It takes me back to when I was teen and just like then, I find myself playing it all night. To appreciate the experience, I recommend only to play at night.

Everything was up to expectations when it cmae to this RE3 Remake. I the reason why I gave it a 4 star is because the story is too short (5 Hours) and they took some things out of the original so it story got shorter. Other than that it’s definitely worth it to get and play!

It’s amazing in its own regard. Don’t expect the same game feel as RE2 remake due to a different studio building this one but it’s still solid. Would of liked it to be longer but it’s still amazing and any fan of RE will not be disappointed

My friends and I get together and play the remastered RE games whenever possible. It brings us back to our childhood and it's great to see these old games with new 21st century graphics! Very happy with the purchase.

This game is not a remake it's a reimagined of RE3. In that case, it was still worth the money even though the game is 4hrs to 5hrs long and has replayability. Plus, the online is great, if you have friends to play it with, alone...not so much.

This game is a pretty amazing update from the original RE3. With new graphics, it lives up to the hype. It does feel like it’s a much shorter game than the original. Overall, worth trying out if you’re a fan of the resident evil franchise.

Basically just the summary. Nemesis is snazzy, the game plays well, so on and so forth. The game's a bit short, but the finale is almost too long? I dunno. Anyway, good game, but play RE2 first. If you like it, this is basically more of that. If you don't, then skip this.

I 1st played RE when it was first released. Those games were crazy fun. Aside from killing anything that moved the monsters were great as were the graphics and the puzzles you had to figure out how to move on, it was hours of fun as this game is.

Quick game but very fun. This remake was done right I just wish they added the clock tower area and a few other missing from the OG. Graphics are great and there is a quick dash mechanic that I love.

The game feels smooth and looks great. Only downside is the duration, which is a bit short. The multiplayer mode is fun while learning it but gets frustrating Anne not fun soon after. The fact it came with a nice steel book made it worth it.

Great immersive game, leaves chills on your skin as you’re peering through darkened hallways and opening those creaking doors. The only negative thing I’d say is the game isn’t very long. Story mode was beat in about 15 hours of game play.

Great third person survival horror remake of the classic original game. Maybe a little more action horror than other horror games. Fun story, great characters, and some scares along the way. Game could be a little longer, a little short compared to its predecessor.
