The major complaint most people have about this game is that it's too short and they didn't really expand it for the remake. I however appreciate that they respect my time. It took me roughly 8 hours to beat the first time at which point you can unlock some pretty nifty weapons and other peeks that give a huge incentive to replay. In fact i wish these cool guns would have been in RE2. I say this is a must buy.

The game was pretty fun the first time, but it was surprisingly really short. The graphics are impressive but it definitely feels rushed. I don't really feel like playing a second time and although it was made like the RE2 remake, the RE2 remake feels levels above this game and has much replay value. I recommend it but once it's about $30 or cheaper.

Iove the improvements and graphics of the new and improved RE3. Nemesis is on a whole other level now it's insane. Would've gave it 5 stars if it wasn't the shortest game I've played in awhile. Possible to beat in 2 hours of less if you don't waste time searching. Even with me taking my time to check every nook and cranny for items and collectibles. I beat it in 7 hours. Luckily it came with another game.

From the very first cutscene this game rocked, people are very hesitant to shell out 60.00 for any game but this game was beyond words, the nemesis was crazy cool, cant comment on the resistance version, I bought standard, but free steelcase was very sleek, after playing 6 times still hooked, updated 4k graphics are solid, as well as same music from original when saving, I give it 5 stars.

Wish it was longer but the original was short as well. Great update. Super fun.

This is a great remake. It came out originally at the end of the PS One’s lifecycle, so it was in desperate need of a remake, and Capcom delivered. It’s not as good as the Resident Evil 2 remake, because it’s shorter, and the game was never as good as Resident Evil 2 to begin with. It’s still a great game and is usually discounted. If you’re a fan, it’s well worth it.

Cut a lot out from the original and changed quite a bit. Was disappointed by the exclusion of some enemies from the original and a couple of the enemy redesigns aren't for the better in my opinion. Obviously the gameplay and visuals are improved in the new version. Nemesis is also kind of a disappointment. Needed to be in the game more.

I really enjoyed the campaign, it's fun and more action oriented compared to RE2 but it was over to quickly. On my 2nd play through I beat it in an hour and a half. While the game was fun I would wait for a price drop. I felt they left a lot of features and locations out from the original ps1 version. This game would have been better suited as a DLC. But if you are an RE fan the game won't disappoint.

Shorter than RE2 remake that was to be expected. What was not is all the missing content from the original. Clock Tower and Park both gone along with character choices. Very linear and leaves you wanting more Racoon City. Still plays well and feels like a RE game with it's quality atmosphere and a constant petal to the metal style.

Resident evil 3 is a good game but just not my favorite and it's pretty short compared to 2 and 4 remake. Overall it's okay if you can get it on sale for a few bucks

Was a huge fan of the original back in the day. This remake is just fantastic. The game has been totally reworked, and it's such a great gaming experience. If you've played the RE2 remake, this will be similar, and to that point, pick that up too if you want play this game. Only negative is probably just the time to complete the main campaign is pretty short.

First off if you expect the same RE3 from the Playstation days it's not, it follows some of the same story line but is a different well done way of telling it. I was skeptical based on some other reviews of this game but I really enjoyed it from start to finish. The graphics are great, well told story, and still has the Resident Evil fell to it.

Another excellent game from Capcom and an terrific remake. Graphics are stunning and gameplay is a lot of fun. Less horror and more action, not much of a story other than Jill Valentine trying to get out of Raccoon City and outwit the Nemesis, and the game is on the short side. However, I highly recommend Resident Evil 3 for fans of the series and it is a really enjoyable time.

Definitely an awesome game, very short as I completed it in 6 hours on standard difficulty but the included Resident Evil Resistance multiplayer mode has hundreds of hours of fun and I would recommend it simply because of the added value with that. Graphics are great and it's the usual Resident Evil fun. Xbox does have some framerate issues that will hopefully be patched.

I remember being in college and having fun being scared by the original. So I was really excited for this, especially after the remake of 2. I was a little worried it would be too short, but it felt like just the right amount of play time, honestly. Beautiful upgrade that was a blast and still super creepy!

Great Graphics. Fun, but need to play through it. I havent had the time to put all my time into this game, but I want to. It is beautiful looking and runs great in 4k. This game isn't supposed to be as good as RE2 remake, but going in knowing that, was like playing the Original RE3 after the Original RE2 back in the day. If you are a RE fan, must play.
