    Arrived in date of release. Disk was loose, but no issues with gameplay to date.

    This remake once again improves on a good classic. Reformatted boss fights, improvements of puzzle tasks is worth the purchase. Real RE fans would enjoy it.

    Multiple issues. The first has nothing to do with Best Buy. FedEx lost the package and it arrived 3 days late. That i completely understand. What i have an issue with is that this was advertised as coming with a free steelbook. I did not receive this even though i did pre-order. I could have easily gotten this day one at Multiple stores. The game itself deserves 5 stars the review is only for the purchase itself.

    I love RE4 but when I went to pick up my copy they didnt have the Steelbook on hand. I hope they make this right and give the Pre-Orders the Steelbook
