When “better” is an impossibility

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.RE4 is my second favorite and second most played game behind Star Fox 64, and it never needed a remake, but I understand why they did it. I genuinely don’t think you could make it better, but it’s not worse by any means, and between the RE Engine treatment and some other minor tweaks to the characters, layout, and set pieces, Capcom certainly haven’t made it worse in their new interpretation. If both versions of RE2 can be must play, so can this.
