Bad experience...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy's delivery service "roadie" cannot read a sign on the main door asking to call a number to get let in. So the delivery didn't happen and now the items I ordered are being refunded instead of attempting another delivery? I also waited 35 minutes on hold trying to contact the delivery vendor to no avail and Best Buy Support said: "Since you want the item, I suggest reordering it again." I asked to be escalated and didn't get a reply. I'm not a hard person to work with, but when I waste my time with multiple departments and people to see if there are any alternatives and get left on read, it's not good customer service. Not counting I have to wait for the refund and have to reorder the item in hopes its still on sale and available.
