Old Games and new game platforms don't mix well.

I should have read the reviews first. in this version for X-Box one the characters moved slowly. Targeting was sluggish making it impossible to stay ahead in the game. I abandoned it after 30 minutes knowing it was not money well spent. Let this onne pass.

Great game then and now
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Resident Evil 4 originally released on the GameCube in 2005. While some of the mechanics and the gameplay overall could be considered dated, the tension this game presents is still relevant today. I did notice some weird issues where sound effects were delayed as well as other minor bugs. This didn't ruin the experience, but did take me out of the immersion occasionally. As far as graphics are concerned, it runs at 1080p with 60 FPS but has no anti-aliasing. I personally wasn't too bothered by scaled visuals, but that is just something to know going in. Overall a great game that is still worth playing if you missed it in 2005.

The best R.E. of all time.

I had it on the Nintendo GameCube and didn't get a chance to finish it back then but I have now. I give this game a 9.7 out of 10. It is the best game I've played on XBOX One, thus far.
