Not the best game in the series, but I purchased it anyway as I am collecting the resident evil games.

As far as used games go, Best Buy usually has good prices and the games are in good condition. This game is not the best Resident Evil title, but it was worth the price I paid.

This game is better than all of the Resident Evil games combine! You can dodge and fight hand to hand combat.

fun to play with a friend, focused on a cinematic view as opposed to a spray and prey zombie game

I love the Resident Evil brand and was excited to play through this. It wasn't so much scary as it was action-packed. Lots of running around, lots of shooting. It's cool if you're into that, but I was looking for something a little more classic RE.

Overall, the story is somewhat advanced throughout the game. Mostly through the "secret" final campaign as Ada Wong. Gameplay, a bit underwhelming, more emphasis on action is a logical move for the franchise, as it branches out to try to engage gamers of all types and fans of all genres. The biggest misstep Capcom took in this production however, is the removal of the gun upgrade system found in RE5. It was gratifying, satisfying, and really made me want to sit through multiple playthroughs. Not having that ability on RE6 is understandable given the multiple campaigns, but it is a severe drawback for me. I plan on turning this game in for store credit in the very near future seeing as how the only enjoyment I got out of it was solely the advancement of the story which was somewhat weak.

I've only played a few chapters of the game. How the characters control and the personality they have makes the game interesting. My biggest complaint about the game is that there are a few times in the game where I've been totally lost as to how to complete the objective. The in-game hints (in other words, the annoying repetitive audio) was not helpful, especially after the 5th time I've heard it.

This entry into the resident evil franchise can tend to be fairly confusing to many. It drops a majority of the series staple themes and attempts to create something that would have a greater appeal to a western audience. A few of these changes include multiple story lines, faster action with less emphasis on ammo conservation, among others. While the plethora of elements found in resident evil 6 would seem like they would create an amazing game, none of these elements are done particularly well. What we are left with is a half-baked entry in the series that feels entirely too convoluted and washed out at the same time. Thats not to say that there is not fun to be had in this game, there are simply a number of hiccups that can distract the player along the way.
