Awesome game. More horror oriented than previous titles and it feels amazing. The length of the game is just right. And the Baker family is menacing.

If you want a game that will terrify you, this is the one to get! A very different Resident Evil, but one that is good for old and new fans alike!

RE is a long running series with so much evolution over the years. I'm an older gamer and have been playing it since part 2 came out in 1997. After the lackluster 5 and 6, 7 is a welcome return to form for this series. Legitimately scary, challenging, and original, yet still felt like RE.

Brings back the horror. Definitely feels like they strained to connect it to the series and may have been better of just leaving it alone but the game itself is great.

I finished up RE7 and was impressed with the game overall. This version includes some new content. Scary in certain spots, great graphics, and keeps you on the edge of your seat.

This is the best entry in the series since RE4! Game is very slow (in a good way) and atmospheric. Lots of puzzles and open exploration. Feels like a modern resident evil 1.

I really enjoyed playing resident evil 7 on my ps5 and I didn’t really need the ps vr it’s more scary on the actual tv screen

this is crazy scary in vr and without. i love this game and son laughing at the whole time lol but he wont play it just watch me play lol so i call him a chicken.

Hands down VR was made for horror games and flight games. RE 7 being the former of course. Perfect atmosphere in VR. Put on some headphones go to a quiet room and enjoy.

It is like being in one of those 80s text adventure games. Except you can see the door that you try to open and it is turns out to be locked. Then you realize you need the key from your inventory and use it on the door to unlock it. Too bad it doesn't use the move controllers for a more immersive dual hand experience. Also, some of the included DLC is not VR capable. Turing is a but nausea inducing especially the default "blink" or "stutter" turning. There is an option to go smooth (better for me but not quite nausea free). Which turning option is better depends on the individual though.

Everytime they release Resident Evil games, there's always a surprise. This one is far like the rest! This game reminds of Texas Chainsaw Massacre mixed with Saw!

The game does have some scary moments and creepy environment feels like an old school Resident evil game

This is the only resident evil game I’ve played. It’s quiet scary for the jumpscares and the environment is really well done, it be good

This game truly needs to be played in VR. You get the full experience and the jump scares might make you feel like your having a heart attack. But it's so much fun!

The first person perspective adds a new level of anxiety and immersion. It is very creepy and should be played at night. The DLC adds a lot of story and gameplay.

My son plays this game and he loves it he is very into zombie games and this is an excellent one to have

Always fun playing Resident Evil!!! Took me a while to figure out the beginning though. Friends say it’s even better with VR.

This edition and sequel of Resident Evil breathe new life into the series. Its full of horror and suspense at every turn.

One of the best horror games I've ever played. Master class of creating tension, anxiety and an oppressive atmosphere.

Love the fact they went back to more traditional survival horror rather than just straight action like part 6. I'm liking the first person aspect of it.
