I get chills and havent even opened it yet. Wish it was motion controller

This game did not fail at all. It produced one of the most intense experiences ever for me in a video game. Full of a suspense, flinching/jumping while playing and a whole lot of death.

Reinvigorates the dying series, I wish I would purchased the deluxe edition with the DLC, but worth the buy! Be sure to play it in the dark, at night, with the lights off and sound up!

I honestly was a little hesitant with how much hype this game was getting, and based on the direction of previous entries. I am glad to say I was wrong. This game delivers as promised.

Resident Evil is back and creepy as can be. The sound and the visuals bring a feeling of dread to every minute once you get going. It is truly an awesome experience well worth a play.

I have the ps4 pro and this game has the best graphics i've seen so far...will definitely make you jump and its actually long unlike most of the vr demo's and short games out there.

Resident evil is a great classic game series with zombies and monsters and supernatural humanoids that work for umbrella and it's your job to stop it.

I have played the game for 4-5 hours now and it is absolutely terrifying. My weak heart felt like it was going to explode at times. It gets 4 stars instead of 5 because in-game mechanics can feel clunky and/or laggy at times. This game is super fun and a nice break from competitive shooters or immersive RPGs.

I believe this is one of the better games in the franchise. Lots of jump scares and high intense action. I definitely recommend this for anybody that has been a fan of the franchise.

I'm so glad the Resident Evil franchise went back to their roots and gave a proper survival horror game. This game does not disappoint and will be a instant classic down the line!

Don't play this game in the dark late at night if you have neighbors who may call the police if they hear intense guttural screaming coming from your apartment.

This game is very good! First honest attempt at survival horror done by Capcom in a very long time. Although it is pretty short and the finale was kind of anticlimactic, it does have me excited for more to come for this series. Just maintain this formula CAPCOM! WE DON'T NEED ANYMORE CALL OF DUTY COPYCATS

This game starts where it left off many years ago. Scared my pants off at the beginning with the OG RE jumps and spooks, but the last third makes resources abundant and baddies too easy to dispose of. Very close to where the series should be heading. Don't get distracted by all the perfect teeth, though.

Best Resident Evil as of yet next to all the classic remakes being released. If you live scary suspenseful games with gore, get this

Amazing pacing to this game. The randomness (for the most part) of the items and the A.I. of the bosses made me love it more. Unlock hard mode for even more horror and randomness.

I normally don't enjoy this genre of game, but I gave it a try, if only for its VR support. Now I'm hooked. It is so incredible under VR. The immersive claustrophobia, the constant checking your six, the tension are so amplified. The VR graphics are a bit fuzzy, but the overall effect is well worth it.

This game was outstanding. The atmosphere and sheer panic inducing nature makes for a panic attack inducing good time. Story was good and controls were easy to learn and master.

It took me a awhile to set up the hdr on my tv but afterwards it looks amazing. The last resident evil that I loved was 4 and 7 brings a lot of memories towards it. Just love it

your gonna need some underwear on stand by here. All the more so if your playing in VR. The fear factor in this beast is heavy.
