Fun game. Short though and not much replay until dlc

I bought this for my husband. He enjoys playing it.

This is definitely a different take on the RE series, but it is not terrible. I know a lot of people loved it, but it really wasn't my type of game. I prefer the play style of RE 0-6. I would still recommend it to friends and family.

It's better than RE6 but it could have been a different game altogether. It just had the RE name behind it. My 2 cents, just bring back the original formula for the game. It is scary though.

It's an interesting attempt to reinvigorate the franchise, but it significantly changes the feel, particularly the shift to a first-person shooter, (which I HATED). I understand the need to accommodate the PS VR, but the option to switch to third-person view would have been welcome. In addition, someone should let Capcom know that excessive gore does not equal horror... I'm also a little disappointed with the weak connection to the overall saga. So overall, I was disappointed with this one. I'm hoping for something better in the next installment.

It's playable. I didn't completely enjoy playing this game. Storyline is ok, but just didn't get a thrill out of it.

I played it on the vr I wasent to happy with the graphics, but it did scare me a couple times, not gonna lie about that, I would just like the movement better and some of the graphics

Very good game, had me on the edge of my seat and jumping through the entire game. But, the campaign can be completed in as little as 7 hours if you don't do any of the side quests.

This I think is the most terrifying game I've ever played. Just the general environment and feel is stressful and anxiety inducing.

THIN... its one of the franchises better reboots alot of jumps and scares. fun but as most RE games. too much searching for trivial items... not a bad game though

Having played all of the entries in the core series, I am excited that this turned back to its horror core. Some legitimately creepy atmosphere really makes for a fun game.

Just started playing. Game is very creepy but a lot different than the other resident evil games so far could be exciting but it is not like the game your probably used to

I get it’s a great game to some but as a fan of the originals, it’s just more of the same modern horror games. It’s fine, just doesn’t interest me.

This game is much shorter than I expected. It leads, let us just say, to an abrupt and anticlimactic ending. At that point, I would give it 6 or 7 stars out of ten

This game is bad. Period. You basically run around houses looking to solve puzzles and they throw a couple of angry hillbillies and sludge creatures in , oh and let's not forget the nearly impossible to beat bosses which take hours or days to kill. I even got to a place where I could go no further due to lack of ammo. I went back and played RE 5 and it blows this game away. Not worth it.
