If you've played any of the recent entries in the Resident Evil series they tend to be geared more toward action than survival horror. This game goes back to it's roots as a survival horror game and I enjoyed it very much.

Great game and if you love to play a scary game than this is it! A must have if you are a true Resident Evil Francise! Go get it!

This game is simply amazing the graphics are so real and once again an amazing story line super scary you get immersed into thw game as if you were really there. Game is excellent. Must have for fans of the series.

I love Resident Evil, even 6, but this game is right up there with the best ones. It is short but a whole lot of fun and has amazing graphics. I also recommend the season pass if you have the cash.

I have been a resident evil fan since the very beginning, I have played all the games and watch all the movies. My all-time favorite RE games include one, two, four and Outbreak. If you are looking for a game that went back to its grassroots and brought back what made so many people fall in love with resident evil, they hit it out of the park with this one. The storyline, graphics, game play is amazing and reminiscent of the original. I also own the PS VR, and playing in the VR mode is amazing, I can't get enough of it. It literally puts you in side the game, inside the storyline, you are there living this game. Don't wait another second, by this game now, you will not be disappointed.

A game that will keep you on the edge of your seat. With or without VR, this game is fun through and through. Highly recommended with surround sound and maybe even a poorly lit room.

This game reboots the franchise and brings survival horror to a whole other level - the series had all but become an action series but now it's completely fresh and new.

Most immersed I've been in a game. Once you get used to controlling more with you're head instead of the controller it really reduces any nausea that you may get.

I have played all the Resident Evil Games. Resident Evil 4 is my favorite and I think the series peaked there but then 5 wasn't as good and 6 was even worse. Now fast forward to 7 Biohazard and to be in a run down abandoned looking house in Louisiana searching for someone u love and discovering whats been going on there for years with a "Silent Hill 2" vibe is a breath of fresh air. Also reminds me of " The Evil Within" as well. Great risk for the makers to change almost everything about the 3 last entries in the series and I say great reward for any gamer willing to buy and try it.

This game looks great, but I would also like to see Tattooed Warriors Adventure game, All Resident evil games are so exciting to play

Great, creepy game full of spooky atmosphere. This edition relies more on puzzle solving than fighting, but it's loads of fun.

The past few Resident Evil games have been about different views through multiple characters in a world that is nothing like the original with the creep factor. This one though... Is EXCELLENT in returning to the original Resident Evil games! I'm highly pleased with this one! There's the one character story that you follow through and with the original creep factor plus story like the original one! I would recommend any true resident evil fan to buy this game! Great job Capcom!

It looks great on my ps4 pro, very slow paced spooky game, good controls and combat. Only gripe is DLC is limited.

Capcom has listened to fans and has put the horror back in Survival Horror. First and foremost if you have PSVR you must experience the game in VR. The level of immersion is unlike anything I've ever played and it makes playing the game on a standard TV not as scary. The new first person perspective brings a breath of fresh air to the franchise. Gameplay feels very much like RE1-3. Claustrophobic environments, limited ammo and puzzle solving are all back.

Best resident evil game since resident evil 4. Overall a good reboot of the series going back to its roots.

This game a must have for those die hard Resident Evil fans. It's a whole lot better than it was before!!

This game is a bit different for a RE game. First Person camera, new environment, and different style of enemies. But despite all of those fresh new ideas brought to the series it is unmistakably a classic RE inspired game with the scrounging for ammo and supplies, locked doors with various themed keys, and the return of the Item Box! I greatly enjoyed my time with the game so far even if it's a tad shorter than I expected.

This game is just one of the most terrifying games I ever set my hands on. I never thought capcom could get Resident Evil back to this. I could not even play this alone. What a game!

The series has finally returned to its roots, survival horror. Right from the beginning you can feel the tension building up reminds me of the old days playing RE on the GameCube, i love what they did with this one having elements from the old school RE games like saving using a tape recorder or the inventory case to store stuff. I will definitely place this game in my top 4 RE games.
