Back to their roots...somewhat

Decent first step I guess as the game does get some of its survival root elements back after the mess that was RE4-6. However, how about they go back to a fixed 3rd person camera and less focus on the VR gimicks next time Capcom. Worth playing but still isnt close to topping RE1 and 2.

Bad MOTION SICKNESS!!

Should've been called something else

I don't like this game compared to any of the previous resident evil games. It is different from all the resident evil games ever made. Also wish there was a local co op option. I hate first person view. I don't like that there is only a select few opponents. I would not recommend this to someone that is looking for that resident evil feel. This is disappointing. It is a horror game and should've been named something else and been it's own series.

Slow, dated graphics, poor controls

The initial introduction is slow, the pace they walk you at is slow. 40 hours of gameplay = slow walking speed to 1/3 of what you should and make controls sluggish on a 10 year outdated graphics set and act like it's a new game. Pass this if you know what's good for you.
