I have to admit there a couple of RE games that were not as good. This one definitely puts you in a different place. Chill factor is there, just like the good ol days of PS1

A must have for any Resident Evil fan and gamer. Horror and suspenseful and super graphics. VR fully emenses you in and feels like your in the game.

When I first got the game I was having trouble imagining how I would actually complete this game. First there is the difficult with some motion sickness to get over. I had to play in 30 min increments and is RE7 is the only game to require me to do this. I was eventually able to play for significantly longer (1-2hrs at a time). The dread when you first enter the house is skin crawling and terrifying. The graphics and game are awesome and provides a good couple of jump scares. Plot is your typical Resident Evil fair so good enough. All in all, must own for PSVR owners.

This game is better than some of the older resident evil games. Graphics and gameplay are good.

I've been a huge Resident Evil fan since day one. I will say this is the best one to come out since the original trilogy. Great story, amazing game play, and very scary!

Resident Evil gets back to its horror roots with this iteration. A lot of fun, cool puzzles and a lot of scares. Highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys horror games.

I've always enjoyed the resident evil series even though there have been a few stinkers. Well this one certainly was not. I really liked the vr aspect of the game. I didn't feel any motion sickness during the game as I had heard from other reviews I saw of the game .

Finally a good resident evil game after years. The classics were amazing up to resident evil 4. Great jump scares to keep you alert on all your senses lol.

Resident Evil 7 is a very good game. I played the originals back on the PS1 and while they are cheesy by today they were good games. The best thing about this game is it brings back the old school feel of item management, so you need to get that key to move on better make sure you have plenty of ammo and health first. This is a good game to get if you want to play a action/horror game, this is the game for you.

This game is super scary especially in V.R. must buy!!! I suggest when you can to play this in Madhouse mode. It's a real challenge and where the game shines most.

Finally Resident evil went back to trying to make you feel a real since of scary. I wasnt the biggest fan of the limited enemy types but the atmosphere and the Baker family was dead on. Good Game worth the price and I hope they make the future games with this type of horror in mind.

Capcom has reinvented the Resident Evil formula and the end results are amazing! In the past Capcom has been transitioning from "horror" to "action" with the RE franchise (RE5 and more so RE6) with mixed results. If felt like Capcom was losing sight of what made the RE game great. Well not anymore. RE7 brings back the horror and ratchets things up even more to even more disturbing effect. Also the game supports PSVR for maximum scares. This game is truly awesome for fellow survival horror fans! Highest recommendation to all unless you only like the more action-oriented RE5 and RE6.

This game is great! Game play is great, story is good, and scares are well thought out! I would definitely recommend this game to anyone who enjoys horror games.

Interesting story which takes place in a relatively small area compared to the past couple games which works well. Graphics are decent and the first person gameplay is a welcome change to the series. Replay factor is good and there is already DLC, both free and paid, coming out.

Whether your new to resident evil or not this game is for you, if you like survival horror games it can be a bit challenging at times and so far playing this game at dark has been scaring me to death, I usually like playing it with someone next to so I feel safe Lol but with that in mind overall graphics wise, sound, and game play I give a thumbs up to that's why I gave it 5 stars they took this game back to the roots of what a survival horror game supposed to be so if you have the stomach for scary games get this one you won't be disappointed cause I'm sure not enjoy at your our risk.

Good story line, it’s very gripping. Nice experience but the graphics are bad with VR .

For me, this game has filled (most of) the hole that the cancellation of Silent Hills left in my heart, and I enjoyed it more than PT. It's a step away from the normal RE series of games and doesn't require you to have played those to enjoy it. The graphics are really good, too! I haven't been able to experience it in VR, but just playing it standard is good enough for me and it gets downright terrifying when playing alone, late at night, with headphones and the volume up a little bit higher than it ought to be. In short: If you wanted Silent Hills, you should buy this game.
