I absolutely love this game! I've probably played it about 8 times now on several different difficulties and haven't got bored of it yet. Each difficulty offers something a little different and Madhouse difficulty offers a unique experience with different spawn locations for enemies and items. It's definitely a game worth buying for fans of horror, first-person survival, creepy atmospheres, and even speedrunning (it offers a trophy for completing it under 4 hours and the community for it is highly competitive). So consider yourself welcomed to the family, son! (or daughter)

Haven't been happy with the series since RE4 but this game delivers. Haven't used it with my PSVR yet....may update the review after I get to test that out

Big re fan since day one on ps1 the game has come a long way and I love what they have done beat the game at least 5 times now and still loving it

So far so good. I've only played a couple hours but it's great. The story is good and pretty intense. It's really scary so leave a light on while you play.

This game is very creepy to start off and eventually becomes a little expected on the scary towards the end of the game but overall a solid 10hr experience

The return of Resident Evil to a true "survival horror" game. This is more like the original than the more recent action packed entries into the series.

While many original fans of Resident Evil may be thrown off by the first person view or short game (6-7 hrs to beat without DLC), it's a nice refresh and works well as the first new RE on the PS4. Great graphics and sound, and offers paid DLC to lengthen the experience.

This game brings RE back to it's horror roots. By adding the first person point of view the game is able to immerse you deeper than any other RE game yet.

Resident evil 7 is a great return the form it's right up there with resident evil four in the game cube remake of the original is the best in the series

I just got a PS4 VR and really enjoyed this game. I am a big fan of horror movies and this seems like you are in the middle of an horror movie

This game is great as is, but to get the complete experience needs to be played in PS VR. One of the scariest and thrilling adventures I've had in awhile.

Great game, objective driven requiring the right use of items instead of being bombarded with zombies with near unlimited ammo (which wasnt to bad either)

This game had everything I wanted, felt like the first RE and had some new twists on it that played in amazingly. I would defjnitely recommend playing it.

The game is very good took some getting used to first person the story is excellent pulls you in pretty quick would recommend for all resident evil fans.

Very interesting game with the PS VR. Extremely scary if you ask me. But hey its resident evil, thats what you should expect. HAHA

Finally a Resident Evil that brings you back to the horror vibes. Definitely needs to be played. Down side is the first person but no a bad game or story
