They made a game for both new and old fans, if you stuck with the series you truly get the most out of it, 2 gameplay that serves each other in a perfect balance of tones and atmosphere

This is absolutely the best Resident Evil game made. The only problem I have is that it was a little short but now knowing that they're going to add some story driven DLC to it makes it even better. I can't stress enough if you are an offline story driven single player gamer this is a game you will love. Offline story-driven single-player games are the ONLY GAMES OF WORTH

One of the most amazing games with an excellent storyline for those who have been fans for years (since 1996), and gives us a taste of a new character’s perspective (although, there were a few things lacking in the story but I feel like that’s a normal RE game! Hopefully, the DLCs can add more to it.)

RE9 is honestly a blast to play. The gameplay feels like a really good mix of RE4-style action and the slower, tense pacing from RE7/8, and it actually balances both without feeling overly messy. Combat is super satisfying, guns feel punchy, enemies are aggressive in a good way, and there’s just enough resource pressure to keep you on edge without being annoying.

Fantastic from beginning to end. The perfect blend of horror and action, great soundtrack, great characters, as this franchise is known for. Yet another pillar in this monumental series. 10/10

Good service and good game, I like the story and graphic

Resident Evil Requiem is a standout entry that builds on the strong foundations of Resident Evil 7 and Resident Evil 4. Its dual campaigns offer distinct gameplay experiences while maintaining a cohesive and immersive storyline. A must-play for any Resident Evil fan.

Excelent game, amazing graphics, story and carachters

Resident Evil requiem is an incredible celebration of 30 years of one of the most influential game series. Its novel approach to dual campaigns delivers some of the series' craziest scares and most thrilling action. Nostalgia and fan service feel naturally integrated and incredible impactful. CAPCOM has done it again.

Excellent game, quite entertaining and good story.

RE9 is a scary, fun game right from the start. The dark atmosphere of the game makes it exciting. You can probably finish the game in about 15 hours, give or take, for casual gamers. After you beat the game, try insanity mode. I kid you not, that is really difficult. 5 Stars for this game. Can't wait for the DLC.

One of the best games of the Resident Evil saga. Storyline very interesting full of nostalgia playing Leon back In RPD building for more action and secrets to reveal. Totally the best game out of the remakes.

I was someone who was looking for new a single-player game to play and there was a lot of great choices, but wanted to try something new. Came across this game. I played the demo on PS5, liked it, and decided to go buy the full game. Since the downloaded and launched the game, I played for 6 HOURS and had tons of fun. The gameplay was fun, runs very well, the overall story is great for anyone who into horror games or overall horror stories. Absolutely loved this game.

Resident Evil Requiem feels like a deliberate pivot back toward suffocating survival horror rather than bombastic action. The pacing is slow, oppressive, and intentionally uncomfortable. Resources are scarce, enemies are durable, and exploration is structured around tension rather than spectacle. When it works, it’s brutally effective—especially in enclosed environments that weaponize sound design and lighting. Mechanically, the game doubles down on vulnerability. Combat is less about domination and more about survival calculus: Do you spend ammunition or risk slipping past? The inventory system reinforces that pressure, and the save structure adds genuine stakes. Boss encounters lean more psychological than explosive, favoring atmosphere over scale. It’s not flashy—but it doesn’t want to be. Where it may divide players is momentum. Those expecting the kinetic energy of Resident Evil 4 or the cinematic escalation of Resident Evil Village may find it restrained. The story is intimate and bleak rather than epic. That restraint is either maturity or limitation, depending on taste. As a horror experience, though, it commits fully—and that commitment gives it weight.

Amazing story line. There was actually 2 play styles that was needed. Which was don’t well. . The story line was a little confusing but everything worked out perfectly. If you aren’t a fan of horror or fear do don’t play this. Completely amazing

Amazing game! I played through the story three times. Graphics are top notch, contols are responsive and gameplay is enjoyable. Some may consider certain parts fairly frightening but well woth the experience. Only down fall would be the length of the came.

The Resident evil series has its up and downs but within the last several years its just bit haymaker after haymaker and RE9: Requiem is a freaking beast of a game. The best feeling Resident Evil game in the series for sure.

This is an instant banger. Capcom proves that it has what it takes to keep a franchise relevant for multiple decades. Requiem combines two styles evenly between two characters. Its like the reevaluated the things that have worked over the past 30 years and put in this game. A++++

This game is an absolute masterpiece. It brings sheer suspense and horror, while inserting action oriented parts right when the terror becomes nearly overwhelming. The story was great, as it finally put to rest the old era and has paved the way for the new.

Phenomenal game! If you haven't played this game yet, i recommend first playing RE2 and RE4 remake before playing this. It'll give you more context to the story but even if you don't play those two this is still a great game to play.
