    I preordered this game as soon as I finished RE2, but the a friend told me that it was connected to RE7, so I recommend that you play that one prior to this one. My favorite RE game is still RE2, but this one was somehow at the same level, maybe because of the power of the PS5. I played RE7 the day before release, and then I got the release day shipping just as I was finishing the other game, so props to Best buy For that.

    Surprisingly fantastic game. I've never been a huge fan of the Resident Evil games. I love the stories and the universe. The controls and gameplay have always been the barrier for me. Between this game and the previous Resident Evil, I've been completely enthralled with the games. This one is more action centric than Resident Evil 7, however I had an absolute ton of fun with it. Well worth the purchase, heartily recommended.

    Great game so far. Gorgeous in the Ps5 and ultra creepy with 3d audio. Continues 3 years after RE7 left off. Difficulty is challenging and tons of backtracking once you find items. I would recommend to anyone who is fan of the series.
