shoddy d-pad ruins an otherwise great controller

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't bother playing Contra Hard Corps because its impossible to shoot up without moving left or right. If you try to duck you will just move and stand up, which will make you lose your prone position. It was foolish of me to buy the USB one for emulator practice after the console version of this controller had the same exact problem. It does look great and its still a good backup controller. The buttons all feel good and work well, and the d-pad is ok for some games that don't require super precision.
