    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 out of 5 stars — Best Dash Cam I’ve E

The Rexing 4G LTE Dash Cam is hands down one of the best purchases I’ve made. Installation was incredibly easy—even if you’re not tech-savvy, you’ll have it up and running in minutes. The build quality feels premium and reliable, and the video clarity is excellent day or night. What really sets this dash cam apart is the 4G LTE connectivity. Being able to access the live feed from anywhere at any time gives me complete peace of mind. Whether I’m at work or traveling, I know I can check in on my car and make sure everything is safe. It’s also a huge relief knowing that when a family member is driving, I can monitor their safety in real time. If you’re looking for reliability, security, and convenience all in one, this dash cam is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

This is one of the more pricier dash cameras by Rexing that does give added features if you desire. It has a front and back camera both with very clear video in the day and the night. Additionally, this camera has remove monitoring via 4G LTE connection, which most dash cameras do not. This allows you to see a live feed at all times. This does come at a price to pay their monthly plan fee base on how much you view it. For most, this might not be worth it but can be for others. The install is quite simple like every other dash camera and the push alerts are a nice addition to the dash camera. Regardless, the video has a wide viewing angle along with clear video to capture your surroundings.

I've been a longtime Rexing customer. Their product quality isn't in question - the dashcams always product high quality pictures and work reliably. The thing that was new about this product for me was the addition of the cell phone connection. It's a really nice security feature to be able to view your recordings remotely. I do think that the cell phone plan it includes means that you're a little bit limited as to how much footage you can upload and access, but for proper emergencies (like your car gets stolen), it's a useful tool in your toolbelt.

Rexing has always been pretty smooth and easy to use. This one plugs directly into OBD car port. So if you’re like me and the auxiliary ppower is constantly taken, this is awesome. Don’t have to directly wire it to the vehicle. Will need to make at for a plan to get video and recordings playback.

What I really like about this Dash Cam is that it has many features you can access. The parking mode helps reduce some stress when you car is parked. It detects impacts and starts recording. It also has Loop recording that will overwrite the oldest recordings. The ability to track the vehicle's location in real-time on the Rexing App is very cool and it has built-in GPS. It does have a protection feature that keeps the battery from draining, which I really like. The front camera records at 2.5K + 1080P which will give you very nice clear videos, in the day or even at night. I highly recommend this Dash Cam, it can give you a lot of peace of mind.

I decided to buy this camera to replace my existing camera, the installation was easy, it was not necessary to go to a professional installation service, at first it looked complicated especially the installation of the rear camera, but when I tried it all came out very easy. It is missing that they clearly specify which way to orient the rear camera, since in my first attempt the image was upside down, I thought that in the software I could reverse it but I could not find any option to do that, so I had to remove it, turn it upside down and reattach it again, this time in the right way. I loved the connector to power the camera, it doesn't require a usb port or a car charger, it's great that you just plug into the ODB2 port and avoid installing a complex kit for full-featured operation. As for the image is very good and you can clearly distinguish the other cars and sometimes even the license plates of other cars, the sun causes problems if you have it directly in front of you, I sincerely believe that they can improve in that aspect, I feel that it lacks a higher quality video, especially in places where the sun is intense. I am a little concerned that it is not easy to remove it from the windshield, it is not that you just slide and that's it, the power cable is not so easy to remove and put back, the heat in my area is intense in summer, easily reaches or exceeds 110 F, too much heat and taking into account that this camera heats up in normal use I do not know if it will withstand the high temperatures where I live, we will see with use and after a few months. The software is easy to install, you have to register to get an account and with the barcode that comes in the camera was easy to pair it with the software, the application is mostly understandable without reviewing a manual but if there are things that you have to give a good search to find him, for example to activate the microphone of the camera I had to go into several options to find where to turn off and on the microphone of the camera, it would be great if it had a physical button to do that, if you do not pay for the cloud service you will lose several features and you may not have the full experience although it is still functional and you can live with that if you prefer to do without the cloud service. Overall I think this camera is worth it, especially if you want to take advantage of services like push notifications and cloud service.

The Rexing 4G LTE Dash Cam has been a great addition to my car. What I like most is the ability to get instant alerts and view footage from my phone, no matter where I am. The video quality is sharp, especially the front camera, and it records smoothly. The parking mode is also a great feature—it gives me peace of mind when I leave my car overnight. Setup was manageable with a bit of patience. The monthly LTE cost is something to keep in mind, but for me, the remote access is totally worth it.

I’ve had a few Rexing dash cams on various cars and decided it was time to upgrade an older one I had. This new dash cam has impressive resolution and is very easy to install running it through the trim of the car for both front and rear cameras. The added cellular connectivity is nice but I probably won’t use it after the free trial ends. The only downside is the lack of a screen to show video but you can view it on your phone once the cameras are positioned to your liking. It’s actually better without a display in the long run as it’s one less distraction on the road. I’d recommend this dash cam to anyone looking for a quality front and rear camera that has added features such as parking monitor.

The Rexing M2 4G LTE 2-Channel Dash Cam offers high-resolution recording, real-time connectivity, and advanced parking surveillance. After some testing, here's my take: Pros: Excellent Video Quality: The 2.5K front and 1080p rear cameras deliver crisp, clear footage. License plates and other crucial details are easily discernible, even in varying lighting conditions. 4G LTE Connectivity: This is the star feature. The ability to remotely view live footage, receive push notifications for events (like impacts or motion detection), and track your vehicle's location via GPS is useful. Reliable GPS: The integrated GPS accurately tracks your vehicle's speed and location, which is helpful for insurance claims Innovating Parking Mode: The various parking mode options (motion detection, impact detection, and time-lapse) provide peace of mind while your car is parked. The push notifications for these events are prompt and helpful. User-Friendly App: The Rexing Connect app is relatively intuitive and allows for easy access to recorded videos, live view, and settings adjustments. Dual Channel Recording: Front and rear camera recording is important, and this model delivers both. Motion Detection and Push Alerts: The motion detection is sensitive enough to catch relevant events, and the push alerts are very fast. Cons: 4G LTE Subscription Required: While the connectivity is a plus, it does require a separate 4G LTE data plan. This adds to the overall cost. App Stability: While generally good, I experienced occasional app crashes or slow loading times. Overall: The Rexing M2 4G LTE Dash Cam is a powerful and feature-rich device that offers excellent protection and connectivity. The high-quality video, reliable GPS, and robust parking mode make it a solid choice for anyone looking for a premium dash cam. Be prepared for the ongoing cost of the 4G LTE subscription.

This is another upgrade I have done with Rexing and they do not disappoint. There are some nice and not so nice about this product, but the nice does outweigh the negative. First, The connectivity with the phone has been improved from there old app so connection is much more reliable than it used to be. Second, image quality has been improved and images are much clearer than they used to be. While they still kept the local storage, the main feature is cloud based that requires ANOTHER subscription in your life. Also, the power is taken from the OBD port instead of the hardwire kit that many longtime Rexing owners already have installed. With all that said, it is still a very good product and if you like the features, you will love this product.

I’ve been using the Rexing dashcam for a while now and I’m extremely impressed with its performance. The video quality is crystal clear both day and night, and the wide-angle lens captures everything on the road without distortion. Setup was simple, and the menu is user-friendly, making it easy to adjust settings as needed. I especially appreciate the loop recording and G-sensor features, which give me peace of mind knowing that important footage will always be saved. The build quality feels solid and reliable, and the design is sleek enough to sit on my windshield without being distracting. Overall, Rexing has exceeded my expectations — this dashcam is a great investment for safety and security on the road. Highly recommended!

    Easy Install But….

I’ve owned several Rexing dash cams and picture quality is always great. I’ve hard wired all except 1 Rexing dash cams which didn’t have an option to. When I saw this with WiFi and OBD2 plug in option it was a no brainer. Super easy physical install… but connecting to my phone via the OnaGo was not so great. Did everything with the provided limited instruction said to do. The app said to format SD card (which was included), but would not let me. The camera would say, “format SD card” and it would not let me in order to get the camera working. I emailed Rexing support they were great and patient, but they don’t work on weekends, answers are only provided during the week. I had to uninstall the app and reinstall the app several times in order for it to work. Other than the vague instructions, the videos from the camera, day or night are clear, the 4G LTE is good but I think a bit expensive at $9.99 mth, All in all, a good dash cam but with some frustrations.

I got the Rexing 4G LTE Dash Cam mainly for peace of mind, and it does a great job. The video quality is sharp—both front and rear views look great even at night. I really like the push notifications when motion is detected; it makes me feel like my car is being watched even when I’m not around. The app is pretty easy to use, and I can check footage remotely. Setup took a bit of time, but once it’s done, it works smoothly. Overall, a solid camera with useful features.

o Setup was not very easy. URL on device said to scan the QR code with Onago app. I wasn’t aware of this app and couldn’t find it on google play store. I installed Rexing app and tried to install it through that, but the first step is to sign up for the mobile subscription. I couldn’t register as a new user in the Rexing app because it said that I needed to agree to the user agreement and I could not find a place to say that I agreed to that. It turned out that my phone screen keyboard was blocking the agree box. The Rexing app turned out to have no method to add a device or connect to a dashcam. Tech support was quick to answer and helpful. o I like that the dashcam gets constant and switched power from the OBD 2 port, but that OBD2 connector will keep getting disconnected when someone uses the port to scan for EDCs. o I clicked on the URL in the quick start guide to get the extended warranty. That took me to a Rexing website that says “No results found”. I then did a search for activation and did a search for my dashcam and it just took me to the main webpage. o I needed to contact technical support to help me set up this dashcam. They told me that I needed to use a different e-mail because the Onago system did not support receiving emails from all domains. They then sent me an email that had a video on how to access the dashcam in a local mode without subscribing to the mobile system. It had another email on general setup and use. o Accessing the camera and recorded videos through an app is a little different for me and I need to get used to it. I wish there was a built in screen so I could quickly see the camera view and adjust the settings. Picture quality is great.

Next evolution of Rexing's dash cam lineup

This review is for the Rexing - 4G LTE 2-Channel Dash Cam, 2.5K+1080p (Model: BBY-4G-LTE). This product, I believe, is the next evolution of Rexing's dash cam product lineup. It's sleek and compact packed with virtually all of the features that you would expect and want in a premium dash cam product. Now, in addition to the standard features that Rexing has provided in their dash cams for years, I can have remote live monitoring and pertinent alerts of my vehicle from anywhere on my phone through their app. Speaking of the app, I agree with others that it may be buggy at times, which always fixed itself when I would force-stop the app (I have a Android phone) and restart. I'm not too concerned, however, as Rexing's customer support is top-notch and I trust they will patch it up soon. In short, not a deal breaker. Anyhow, I think such a quality and feature-rich product should command a premium price and their subscription model is understandable. I treat it as an investment for the protection of my vehicle, as I cannot imagine how much more such a product can be improved by Rexing at this point.

Another great product from Rexing! I am not sure if I will continue to use the 4G LTE feature of it, but I guess it would be nice for someone who wants that feature. I just like the dual cam mode with a front and rear camera. The quality is good too, and I like the parking mode feature! I have been looking to upgrade my dash cam as my old one didn't have parking mode and it was difficult to retrieve videos. This Rexing dashcam is far better than what I was used to. Not only is the picture crystal clear, but also the connectivity makes it easy for me to get the videos. I like how I can choose to use the cloud (or not), which can help make it way easier to get the videos that I want. The license plate text is not a problem with this one and I trust that if anything were to happen, even when my vehicle is parked, I won't have any problems getting evidence to see what happened.

Great camera!! Comes with both front and rear. Had great experiences with other Rexing products and so far no different for my first ever dash cam. Was skeptical at first about getting one but I actually feel I am now a more cautious driver cause I am not gonna want to be providing evidence against myself lol. It is a great piece of mind knowing if I get rear ended or someone tries to fraud me all the proof you need is at your fingertips. This model comes with cellular connection for alerts and remote viewing. It comes with a 64GB micro SD card but I upped it to a 128GB I had laying around. You do need to pay the monthly fee for the app and remote features but it very reasonable IMO. The video quality is great. I know other models have built in screens to review footage but to me that is not necessary with today’s technology. You pay a monthly fee and get to view your camera footage and get alerts, plus a phone screen is gonna be much bigger and better than any dash cam with a screen built in. Install was a pain for me but that is not on Rexing and that will vary based different car models. Thought about having Geek Squad do it but based on past installations(not only from Best Buy) I just don’t trust others to do a mediocre job or break parts and have to fight about it. Both cameras have nice heft and feel solid, very well built. I do worry about the adhesive failing eventually(hopefully a long time away) but after 2 weeks even in the hot weather still feels solid so only time will tell. Only thing I wished it had was a small coverable hd camera to record the cabin.
