Then, on the next startup, the music would stop after 1 second, and I would have to restart it for it to stop after 1 more second. The only way to get it to work "reliably" is to forget the pairing in the car and the phone and then set up the pairing all over again.

Thank you for your review. Although there are a lot of factors that can hinder the connection, one of the most common ones is not forgetting your vehicle's Bluetooth network off your phone. This can cause the system to randomly be unable to make a solid connection to the adapter. For further assistance, please reach out to our customer service team.

Product made me want to off myself with how rarely it worked and would break down from the beginning, get something on discount at TikTok or Amazon and its lots better. I sincerely regret “splurging” on this disaster and wouldn’t use it if I was paid 50 bucks per day of use. It’s just horrible. Don’t believe me, you’ll find out.
