I purchased this to upgrade my old Bluetooth adapter and while it sounded great and had fast boot up, it suffered phone conversation drop outs. I tried several different areas and persons to make sure it wasn’t the other party’s phone. I also rebooted my phone to see if it was some type of iOS thing.Nope, it was the adapter. When I switched back to my old adapter, everything worked fine. I was impressed with the speed and sound but cannot deal with phone drop outs.

First several weeks no issues was actually cool too! After a few bumps, dust who knows what the connection hiccups.. sometimes don’t have to do anything other reset my cars system and or my phones. Attempted to look on BB information about the device their link only takes you to the warranty info. Finally found a 3rd party had the manual that I could peruse through.. the one thing I RTFM’d it said to delete cars bluetooth connection from my phone. If it works I may add a star back. PS There is a delay in the music vs display

Works good most of the time. A bit laggy when i pause songs and will lose connection once in a while but automatically reconnects to bluetooth. Its weird because it’s literally three inches from the dongle.

It's fine, lag is minimal, does the job well, connects relatively fast. Design is a bit dated considering how big the device is compared to newer standards. Pretty overpriced when you look at Amazon and competitors but if you catch it at a discount it's a good product that delivers what it promises.

It’s okay if you don’t make phone calls. Everything other than calls seems to work fine with very minimal delay, but don’t count on this for phone calls. There is a 2-3 second delay(sometimes longer) and the fidelity is poor at best.

Tends to lose signal especially around power lines. Wouldn’t recommend purchasing one. Probably something better on the market.

works pretty good. sometimes the music lags. overall these devices are not super consistent, but its still nice to not utilize the wires all the time

Does not always connect. Often I have to unplug the usb and repug before it connects. Also there is a slight delay

Great option for adding wireless CarPlay to a system that only has wired options

Paired with new iPhone 16 pro. Would losing connection on long drives, 3 hours, so decided to return. Works great on short drives in town

This is a good product, however, some times it connects and some times not. Overall I would say buy it

Returned it the same day. It didn't work. Got it to connect a Samsung galaxy s24 plus to a Toyota corolla that only takes I phone.

Disables traction control in my truck. Made mistake and tried to return but missed the return date by 3 days.

Keeps cutting in and out barley can use it but i cant return because I threw the box out

An absolute steal if you can get it on sale. Incredibly easy to set up and works flawlessly for me. Thank you Best Buy for the lightening quick delivery as well.
