No App support. Works great and used mostly as a reverse Cam more and Dashcam less. Worked for 2.5 years without any issue.

Posted .HI! If it is rebooting it may be a power issue or an SD card issue. Try powering up the device using an adapter and plugging it into the outlet. If it turns on it is the power cable that is defective.

The mirror does not work as a regular mirror. it becomes very difficult to drive during night time since the mirror does not show vehicles behind as the regular mirror shows.

Posted .HI! You can purchase a 3rd part extender cable for longer vehicles from Amazon. You'll need a 2.5mm jack extension cable.

There is no way to increase the brightness to compensate. I tried tilting the mirror to avoid the glare and discovered that did not work either. It really isn't so much the glare as the dim image. After struggling to get this installed, I'm disappointed to have to pull it all out.

Mysterious power button

Hard to turn off. Also, video quality is subpar. Video intermittently recording (cords are attach properly and not lose).

Posted .HI! Thank you for your review. Intermittent recording usually happens due to a bad SD card. Trying a different one will fix that issue. If using the Intelligent hardwire kit, make sure you have parking monitor off on your device to avoid rebooting issues.

Returned. Not saying it's a bad product, but be aware.

Posted .HI, Thank you for your honest review. The front camera is on a swivel so you can just just the lens. The rear camera can also be adjusted vertically to fit your needs.

Posted .HI, You can tighten the rubber straps and you can tighten the screw holding your rear view mirror. That will stop it from shaking.
