First, the box was missing the dash pad for the suction mount. No big since I already had one. Unfortunately this broke after less than a month of use. The device gets warm when plugged in but is otherwise non-responsive and does not charge.

Posted .Good morning! I know the cradle opens up with a simple touch on the side, but it should not open with any touch. If you wireless charger is opening on it's own or with any bump, please contact us and we will replace it for you!

The description stated that it was iPhone compatible, but it did not work for my iPhone 8. It would start to charge then shutdown with the message that it was using too much power. I was very disappointed to have to return it. It is such a great system, but I guess I need a newer iPhone.

It kept overheating our phones and wouldn't stay in position. The weight of the phone would bring down the holder portion and it was already tight. We don't have giant phones. The entire holder seemed pretty flimsy for the price. I returned and purchased a regular $23 holder from Amazon and it's much sturdier. (Not wireless charger) Save your money and get something else.
