A: I have used this with iphone 11s in an otterbox case, and have no issues.

Q: I drive a truck and need a mount to stand the heavy jolts. Will this hold up?
A: No. My husband drives a rollback tow truck with air ride and he has had 2 and neither lasted a week. The ball and socket broke both times.
Q: Does this work in newer vehicles with out buying adapter
A: Yes it plugs into a usb
Q: Does it support Android Auto?
A: If your phone has magnetic charging then it should work fine
A: Yes ID you buy the matching FM transmitter you can keep it plugged in and enable Bluetooth in your vehicle
