Apparently the girl at BestBuy has yet to realize not everything that is manufactured on an assembly line is 100% perfect or maybe it just wasn't built to hold the weight of a Samsung Note 20 Ultra in a OtterBox Defender case Had it not been for the extended protection plan i would've been s.o.l. I now have another mount I won't use as i don't need my phone falling again

When nothing is being used with fast wireless charging turned on, it charges but at a very slow rate.

The light that goes around the wireless pad stay blue. I really wish there was a way to troubleshoot this to see what the issue I. I went and bought different one from a different store. If someone could tell me how to fix this my review would be 5 stars.

Inadequate Wireless Charging Car Mount

My Samsung S21 Ultra cellphone battery requires 25W. It was not able to charge up my cellphone battery while I was using the Google Maps and Spotify apps simultaneously.

Very convenient to place phone in it and charge when on the run. Wish they added one thing. Option to lock in when you are touching phone screen. Usually pops out if i touch screen.
