I only wish that Rexing supplied the Hardwire with GPS logger instead of the basic hardwire kit. The cost of the cable is still less than the discount I received for the open box, so its a win all around!

Not a good product if you want to pull video from a distance of over 20 ft.

On the product page if you click on features, it shows that it has parking mode. It doesn't say you need to buy a kit, not even an asterisk. So I thought all the parts were included in this one. I already had it installed and now I find that I don't have that feature because the kit doesn't come with it. I don't care that I would have to buy a kit, but I care that I would have to pay for installation again if I did. You would have to either buy the camera and then find out from the manual you're missing parts for some of the features, or download the manual online and find at the end of it that you need a kit.

You need to upgrade in order for it to truly work

I had to buy an intelligence hardwiring kit for that to happen (it's not specified until you reach the instructions). It was an extra $40 but at least I'll be fully protected. Seems to be a good camera.
