Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was never shown how to work the unit... i still do not know any of the settings, and how to use all the features... i bought two of them for 2 different cars, and i thought he was going to spend time reviewing it with me... after the 2nd one... but he pushed me out right away like the first time and i felt pretty upset... he basically said just read the directions, it should be easy to figure out... after reading them dozen times, i am no further understanding on how to use it 4 months later...

Good concept, but not executed well

The 4-way cameras are a smart feature, especially driving in Utah which has some of the most unsafe drivers on the planet. A few months after owning it, my unit restarts about 3-4 times in a 40 minute drive, which is super frustrating. I will keep my unit until it completely stops working, but I would not purchase again.

We really appreciate it. Please contact us regarding your issue. It could be a power issue which we could easily fix. try formatting the SD card and see if the rebooting stops.

It also will protect your vehicle when you were parked. We used geek squad to install the dash cam.

I said go ahead and replace it with a new cabecause. I bought it from Best Buy's. It was done replaced with a new camera works good.

The only problem is there is no tilt adjustment on the windshield mounting system. I tried the suction cup. The angle of my windhshield prevents me from lowering the camera because the power cord hits the mount. I used the stick on mount. If you do not get it perfectly level the camers is tilted to one side. Easy improvement.
