I went feom philly to Missouri and it worked great, I'm home less then a week and something happens and when i go in to get the video THRERE IS NO VIDEO ON THE THING AT ALL. Its nice until you need it then it seems to crap out. Less then a month i had it.

You would think that a $300 dash camera would be more app-friendly and intuitive than a $60 doorbell camera but in this case it’s not. In order to access your files on the app you must use your phone as a hotspot. Which means you have to be IN THE CAR to see anything which makes no sense. The WiFi is not actually WiFi as again you must use your phone or car as a hotspot which defeats the purpose of the camera having WiFi doesn’t it? The WiFi turns off if you ever step out or lose service and you have to set everything up all over again. It won’t record without an internet connection where as my old $90 dash camera recorded every movement even the parking/passive movements without internet at all and without having to hardwire it to your car. It’s just weird how intrusive the app is overall including your location being on as mandatory at all times. I am a DV survivor and rarely ever have my location on. There’s just too many weird features and requirements to use what I thought was a top of the line dash cam so I will be returning. It’s not worth the headache at all.

I bought this dash cam to monitoring my car while is parked and Is really amazing, the price worth it

The app for this camera is a piece of junk. The wifi keeps disconnecting. You can’t view recorded videos unless the wifi on the camera is on. This is a piece of crap for how expensive it is. I paid a guy $110 to install now I’m going to have to pay for him to take it apart because I hate this dash cam. Don’t waste your money.

The sense of Security and the know that my vehicle is protected from hit and run.

I bought the dashboard camera, paid and scheduled the installation, and when I arrived at the scheduled installation date, I was not in the system!

I like the 4 cameras but because it can't legally be low on the windshield the 170 degree front camera is largely blocked by the rearview mirror holder.

Great device but the Geek Sqaud installer did complete the installation I found out later as I tried to use the parking monitor & he didn't use the wire kit for it to function causing an inconvenience to the system & as to why I bought it in the 1dt place

I’ve yet to install this camera, but it was delivered in a timely fashion, and the unboxing looked promising. I’ll update this after I use the product for a while

Set up installation with best buy, they ordered the hardwire kit and attempted the install only to find out the hardwire kits sold by best buy wont work on this R4, you have to buy direct from rexing $30. Pain that best buy doest have the foresite to stock and sell whats needed.the installer advised on the thinkware 200 pro which comes with harwire kit and gps and the memory card, bought that and happy so far.

360 view is awesome!! I tried others but this is the best.

The app is terrible. The camera display visual is so bad. Already paid to have it installed but this is the worst camera. I regret wasting my money on this. Can only access the app when you’re in the car next to the device.

Installed this in my wife's car and it works really well. For me it was easy, it was a little tiresome teaching her how to use the wireless aspect. Overall, pretty happy with the purchase.

This was the second one that I bought. The first one was plug into the cigarette lighter and I dont have one,so I asked for one that would work in a usb port, get home and its a cigarette lighter. I go back to get it installed and they dont do that there. Drive to Florida mall and my 26 colorado ZR2 isn't in the system for installation. I did try calling first,no pickup. So I returned it. I used my GM points and bought my 3rd one, yes they do installation.

Was very greatful for the sales and customer service I received while at Best Buy , and the installation was flawless . Keep up the good work.

I have had nothing but problems with this camera. App has issues. Decides to just stop recording sometimes. Very disappointed amd wouldn't recommend

The camera captures the entire vehicle all around ; which is wonderful. The price is very good considering the range of view you get. In addtion, you can view the footage on your cell phone anytime you desire.
