Worthless headache

Best buy hasnt been able to connect the app to cam for either model and now there is NO rexing connect app for android users in play store at all. WHERE IS THE REXING CONNECT APP????????? Also this cam doesnt even come with SIM card?! $300 camera, no sim card, no rexing app and have to purchase the smart hatdware kit separately. Would not recommend unless you enjoy massive headaches.

The app is now available on the Google Play store. It was removed for some updates.

You can always put the camera itself into playback mode by stopping the recording first, then press and hold the Menu button to access playback mode. That way you can play the videos right on the device itself. Or if you download the Rexing connect app, you can connect the dashcam to your smartphone via the camera's built-in wifi. That way you don't have to reach for the SD card as often, if you want to play videos. We appreciate your feedback and we're glad you're loving your dashcam. Thanks!

No WOW Factor

I expected to have a wide view on the left and right side but it actually does not cover that much. Expected a 128 GB card as stated in their website but I got 64GB card from the product I bought from Best Buy. I didn't find any wow factor so far.

The R4 camera does have moveable left and right cameras so you can adjust them to have a wider range if need be! As for the microSD card problem, please keep in mind that the sales we have in our website do not translate to Best Buy.
