I had to pay a company to wire it and run the wires to the back of my SUV for the rear camera and, now I have to find something else and then pay another company to install it and run the wires again. From what I can see of the reviews, I’m not the only person to have this issue - and it ticks me off that neither REXING nor BEST BUY, will pull it from the shelves since this is clearly a manufacturing issue. But, no, Best Buy has decided to help the company fleece its customers by making it the “DEAL OF THE DAY” every couple of months. Shame on Rexing AND Best Buy for this trash behavior.

If they don't have the wires, you will have to buy a $30 fuse box wiring kit from Rexing. If you buy the wiring kit to arrive when you buy the camera, then you will have to pay Rexing a $10 restocking fee to return the wiring kit. This is how they "get you". I am highly disappointed in the integrity of the company. I suggest you deal with a better company if you are going to lay out $2XX for a camera.

Best Buy could not install and still charged me!!

I returned it. The purchase was refunded on my Best Buy card, but the $100 installation fee Still showed up on my Best Buy card even though nothing was installed so I had to call and speak to a person in the Philippines to open up an investigation on why I was charged the $100 insulation fee when they told me that they were unable to install the product I’m hoping that it won’t affect my credit report but don’t have confidence that it won’t Best Buy is the worst did not use. Best Buy did not buy any products from Best Buy. Do not do any business from Best Buy.

Wifi by default is turned off in this device from the factory which is a terrible design choice by Rexing. Once you get wifi turned on it requires way too many invasive settings to get connected up. This is a do not buy item!
