Plagued with connectivity issues

Wifi by default is turned off in this device from the factory which is a terrible design choice by Rexing. Once you get wifi turned on it requires way too many invasive settings to get connected up. This is a do not buy item!

Get some other brand

Best Buy could not install and still charged me!!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this product to have Best Buy install in my sons vehicle when we set the appointment we arrived and they informed us that because of the shape of the vehicle we could not install the product so I did not get a chance to use it. I returned it. The purchase was refunded on my Best Buy card, but the $100 installation fee Still showed up on my Best Buy card even though nothing was installed so I had to call and speak to a person in the Philippines to open up an investigation on why I was charged the $100 insulation fee when they told me that they were unable to install the product I’m hoping that it won’t affect my credit report but don’t have confidence that it won’t Best Buy is the worst did not use. Best Buy did not buy any products from Best Buy. Do not do any business from Best Buy.

Camera Needs Improvement

Camera has broken ports cant stick the charging cord i. Port or additional camera outlet. Also, the camera does not display license plates clearly making it hard to prove if the person flees an accident. You have to reset wifi each time you get in the car, so that you are able to view from external device. The other problem is that you do not have a zoom function allowing you to zoom in on certain scrnes in the video.

Posted .Hi! Thank you for your review! I am sorry it was broken, please contact us directly and we'd be happy to replace it for you with a working and NEW device. Also, WIFI is not meant to be on always. it is always going to default to OFF and should only be turned on to download a file you need to share with your insurance or police. Either than that it should remain off and will remain off.

Don’t buy

It should have constantly be recording. It doesnt show me getting hit. Having to chase the person down…. It just shows me sitting behind them and the cops behind me during the report… doesnt help me
