I couldn't use the GPS to track the my car. The GPS is not working at all. I have download the Rexing connect and there is no GPS tracking map. It's really bad. I am thinking to return this item. So bad. If there is a minus star, I will rate it the lowest possible. The advertising is not correct.

Returned and purchased another Dashcam that had the Sony 2.0 upgraded night view and color capabilities.

Terrible!, Lasted about a week. Returned to my car to see a giant black hole has melted on the screen. This unit doesn’t appear to have any thermal management, vet easily overheats.

Wifi doesnt connect or record or anything. Waste of money, i want a refund.

This camera was perfect initially, until recently. The camera now glitches

Poorly developed app, camera system is ok but retrieving video is a hassle. Need to remove the sd card plug it to your computer download the video then save it to the app. Too much work to get a video playback.

It was never installed correctly by Best buy's professional installation

None of the menu or function buttons work, still waiting on warranty from rexing but they never call back.

It does not record 24 hours and has no motion sensor. I will return it because is not what the sales person stated

Get another brand! It works… but it’s kind of a struggle. There are MUCH simpler cameras out there that are more reasonable and SO much easier to use.

Not quite what I was expecting. It does not stick well on the car windshield. Practically useless now

Got this as a requested Xmas gift, and had the Geek Squad install it. They did a great job and I’m impressed with all the features of this camera. The tech said it’s one of their most popular models and I can see why. Wish I’d have had it a few months ago when some numpty scratched my football sticker and I *believe* the side of my car. I get hating the other team, but hands off other people’s stuff, didn’t your mommy teach you? Anyway, I agreed with the tech when he also said everyone should have a dash cam - there are a lot of scammers out there. This camera has everything you will need to protect yourself.

I had a dashcam (older cheaper model) in my last vehicle. 2 weeks ago it was totaled in a “T-bone” accident. I had a green protected left arrow light and he had a red. He blew the light. I started a claim with his insurance. 4 hours later I was called by an agent for a recorded statement so they could start an investigation. I told her I had a dash cam and emailed the video to her. Her customer had told her he had a green light and that I had improperly turned. 2 minutes after she got the email the investigation was closed. His insurance claims agent said “This is 100% our fault.” I had a rental car (paid for by his insurance) the next day. That paid for the cost of the dash cam in my opinion. Like all things electronic though, my old dashcam was outdated. I decided to only buy the best dashcam to protect this new car. I did a lot of research and that led me to Rexing. 4 cameras!! My old one only had the front view. Now I am covered 360 degrees. Traffic sucks. Peace of mind is what I consider this purchase to be. Peace of mind cannot have a price put on it. Luckily though this is very reasonably priced for the protection it offers.

So far so good, as new, and professionally installed. This is not a DIY if you really want to take advantage of all its features. There are so many! A little more in dollars than my first self- install camera and now I’ve got an amazing camera to fully experience! Four screens! Inside AND outside viewing! Clean look too! I’m excited to feel this level of “peace of mind!” I need to inform all to write down your serial number BEFORE you get it installed! Techs don’t think about it, and the company sure doesn’t! Bad move there! To uninstall it just to register it is a needless nightmare! Remember us out here? Your customer base? This “detail” is insulting as most consumers don’t know such details! Keep us in mind next time, will ya?

This dash cam has it all! Great optics, easy to use, and gives you a sense of control and documentation on the road. I would recommend the Geek Best Buy professional installation. My tech Mike at Superstition Springs in Mesa, AZ was FANTASTIC!! Very fast and extremely professional. Highly recommended.

Works great, love that it has multiple cameras to catch every inch of the car. Also the GPS is a nice bonus not all cameras come with.

Easy install, youtube videos to help. Hardwire included makes this install great and hides the wires. Best part its very simple and most people can do it on there own with limited tools. App seems to be limited(maybe i need to learn it more). Side cameras can be faced either out the passenger windows or to the cabin of the vehicle. I feel like this is one of the better value options for the piece of mind.
