I bought this Best Buy online and expecting a rear camera also.Come to find out that it’s my fault for not reading the inscription . Back to the installation date I found out it’s the wrong model that I ordered. The installer tells me no problem in replacing the one that I was interested in. He took the wrong order and had one in stock. Just had to pay the difference. That’s why I’m have a total tech membership with free intalation on anything I buy with free warranty.. Enjoy doing business with Best Buy. They make sure your satisfaction with your purchase. Member for life.

This was smaller than I thought which makes it discreet. The video quality is so high that my older computer has a hard time playing it but there are ways around that. I can't speak for the functionality of parking mode because I don't use it. I found out it glitches out and keeps rebooting if it's too cold. but turning your heat on can easily solve that. Overall great quality.

This is my first dash cam. Installation is easy. The angle of the camera can be adjusted. After downloading the video to my phone, the quality is good enough.

I bought one of these cameras in 2021 for my brother who was a new driver at the time and just bought his first car. A few months after, he got into an accident where another driver was changing lanes in front of him and side swiped his car in the rain. Thanks to the camera, it was clear he was not at fault and he was able to use the footage from this camera to submit to his insurance company. It saved him the cost of his deductible and any costs associated with the accident ($500 + repair costs). This was personal for me because I was in a similar accident years before, but because it was just me and the other driver, the insurance company could not determine who was at fault and I was out of pocket almost $4500 in repairs for the same type of accident because they said it was my word against the other driver’s. This is why you should buy this camera. It has the RexingConnect app which makes all footage easily accessible without having to pull out the memory card. He saved the footage using his phone at the scene of the accident. After that incident I bought one for myself and will continue gifting these to those I care about.

This dash cam works great as a dash cam. Once you need to get your videos the complications start. The wifi is hard to turn on and once its on the app is brutally painful to use. Getting videos to download to your phone is rough. You should juat remove the memory card and get them from your computer. I also recommend at least 128gb memory card. The 32gb is overwriting videos after 2 days. Again, as a dash cam, its great. They nees to make the extra features more usable. I installed one in my car and one in my wife’s car.

I ordered the dash cam for a Christmas gift and the receiver was extremely happy. Meanwhile there was a confusion on the shipment because the third party courier reported delivered before I received it but, Best Buy we’re fast enough to send me another unit. I returned the second one and I highly appreciate the customer service I received. As far as the dash cam is concerned, there’s no question, it’s one of the best!

Initially i thought id need an installer. Very easy to install and the picture is amazing. Great deal and value.

A little hard to get connected to the WiFi as the shown password is not clear. Decent quality picture, but trying to make out license plates is difficult.

Easy to install. Seems durable. Onlydrawback is app does not exist for android.

The camera is good for what it’s built to do. The Quick Start Guide is needed but it has no detail info on control settings (defaults, options, etc.). It’s best to download the larger user manual from the company.

Very clear video, easy to install and set up and it stays on the windshield.

Easy setup, good power cable length. Took me about 10 minutes to install this and the video quality during the daytime and nighttime were both decent, the output resolution of the videos is pretty decent, considering it’s a 4K camera. Also, the Wi-Fi access to the videos was fairly simple and worked like a charm. I would recommend this. 

I returned the item only because I wanted a system with more camera options product is defiantly a great camera I just need to see every angle and this was not for me.

This is an outstanding Dashcam. Very easy to install on my Jeep and great coverage in front of the vehicle. I was also surprised at the picture quality, even in low light. I also like the fact that I can use a bluetooth connection to my phone for downloading videos and pictures. The software control for setup is easy to use as well. I haven't found anything I don't like about this camera

First off, I always want buying from bestbuy cause fast delivery, Upon receiving this camera, I set it up and installed it. The set up and installation processes are very easy to complete and the compact design does not get in the way of my vision. I was extremely happy at how well the inward facing camera captured the interior of my car at night and gave a very clear picture with its night vision. Great product at great price

Was Upset when I saw no sd card when unboxing and even looked in the empty package and still Nothing. Also when I looked at the camera it was super light and felt cheaply made. Im sure it probably costs them under 20 bucks to make. But I'm not really gonna know until tomorrow when I GO TO THE STORE TO PURCHASE A SD CARD and hook it up. Maybe I'm judging too quickly or maybe because I'm upset it was already missing parts. Anyways I won't really know until I install it.

I give this product a 4 star rating because the instructions in how to hide the wire was not clear. I had to go onto YouTube to figure it out.
